Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for producing composite polyester yarn is proposed to achieve high efficiency of dyeing and bathochromic effect in case of where it is black colored by using low degree of orientation and high crystalline polyester. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of composite polyester yarn is performed by air whirling or spunlacing a polyester yarn having low orientation degree and high crystalline as core yarn and a known partial drawn yarn as sheath yarn, and false twisting them. The polyester yarn has high dyeing efficiency to reduce the difference of dyeing property between the core and sheath yarns. Further, the polyester yarn is useful for improvement of bathochromic effect because of the bathochromic enhancing factor and the complex spunlace construction of the core and sheath yarns to generate synergic effect.

Manufacturing method of polyester interlaced yarn}Manufacturing method of polyester interlaced yarn

The present invention uses a low orientation, high crystalline low shrinkage polyester yarn as the screening, and a conventional polyester partially drawn yarn as the superfine yarn, and has a weight ratio of the screening yarn to the superfine yarn of 30: 70 to 50: 50. It relates to a composite composite fabrication method characterized in that the composite combustible in a known combustion apparatus after giving.

In general, since synthetic fibers have a relatively monotonous and cold feel, the research and development of natural fibers such as cotton and wool have been actively conducted. In particular, various methods for combustible processing have been proposed. .

Conventional multi-layered composite twisted yarns with excellent sublime characteristics induce the difference of flammability in the same flammable area by using the difference in elongation of two or more kinds of yarns, and the low-elasticity yarns enter the core structure of the composite twisted yarn High-yield yarns enter the sheath structure of the composite twisted yarn and obtain a composite workpiece having a structure that encloses the screening on the periphery of Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 7-126944, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 7-11529 and 8-1015. Although disclosed, these methods are somewhat satisfactory in terms of bulkiness and soft touch, but due to the difference in the dyeability of the myocardial yarn, the consumer's satisfaction cannot be obtained particularly for a product requiring deep black taste.

The reason is that even when the yarn is twisted at the same time with two kinds of yarns, even if the yarn is uniformly wrapped and entangled, it becomes totally grayish when dyed black due to the dyeability difference caused by the difference between the yarn and yarn. This is because the color is impaired.

An object of the present invention is to select a specific low-shrinkage polyester yarn with high dyeing efficiency and use it as a screening to minimize the difference in dyeing ratio with high shrinkable superfiber yarn to improve the color depth of the polyester composite processing.

1 is a process schematic diagram for carrying out the method of the present invention, each of which a low orientation degree, high crystalline low shrinkage polyester yarn (A) satisfying the above conditions as a screening, and a conventional polyester partially drawn yarn (B) as super yarn In a detached state, the feed rollers 2 are supplied through the respective tube guides 1.

The thread passed through the supply roller 2 is mixed with the air in the air entanglement device 12 and passes through the supply roller 3 through the first heater 4, the cooling plate 5, and the twist belt 6. 7) Draw and burn at the same draw ratio between them. At this time, any combustor such as twist belt or spindle type or friction type may be used as the combustor.

The stretched and twisted thread is heat-set in the second heater 8 and oiled by the oil ring roller 10 and then wound on the winder 11.

In the present invention, the weight ratio of screening to superfine yarn is preferably 30:70 to 50:50.

In the present invention, since a low shrinkage screening (A) that satisfies the above conditions is used, the difference in dyeability from the superficial yarn (B) is minimized, and as a result, the color depth is improved. In addition, the present invention synergistically with the structure of the composite twisted yarn having a crimp and entanglement structure of the crimp improvement factor of the screening (A) as described above can obtain a composite processing work excellent in deep colorability.

The sample color was evaluated by the L-value of the color-eye 7000 (COLOR-EYE 7000) color system of Swiss Mébecs after weaving it into a fabric and dyeing it with a black disperse dye.
