←) Conventional technology In general, woven and knitted products made of synthetic fibers have a monotonous appearance and feel and give a cold feel. Therefore, it is necessary to develop spun-like yarns that have the appearance and feel of natural fibers such as cotton and wool. It has been actively conducted and many proposals have been made.

For example, if two or more types of yarns with different elongations are supplied to a supply roller in a lined state and twisted by a false twisting spindle, the yarn with a lower elongation will be difficult to stretch and will form the core of the yarn. However, since yarns with high elongation are easy to stretch, they are twisted so as to surround the outer layer of the yarn. It is known that if this twisted yarn state is heat-set and then untwisted, a spun-like processed yarn can be obtained in which yarns with low elongation act as a core and yarns with high elongation surround it. It is being As a method for manufacturing such spunlike processed yarn, if the birefringence index when the undrawn yarn shrinkage rate is maximum is △nA, an undrawn yarn having a birefringence higher than △nA and ΔnA
A method is known (Japanese Patent Publication No. 17453/1983) in which undrawn and undrawn fibers having a lower birefringence index are combined, supplied, and stretched and false-twisted. However, in this method, since the birefringence of the undrawn yarn is too low, the internal structure of the undrawn yarn changes over time, the shape and dyeability of the processed yarn changes over time, and furthermore, both undrawn yarns change over time. A problem arises in that the difference in elongation between yarns is too large and dyeing spots become noticeable.

A method in which undrawn highly oriented polyester yarns of
No. 5-93822) has also been proposed. In this method, the drawn yarn is further stretched and false-twisted, which causes looseness in the yarn, reduces interfiber voids, loses the sense of fullness, lacks spun-like properties, and furthermore, the difference between undrawn yarn and drawn yarn. The disadvantage is that the difference in elongation between the two is too large, making staining noticeable.

)・) Purpose of the Invention The purpose of the present invention is to create a spun-like process that has small interfiber voids, good yarn bulge, and less dye spots and less change over time in undrawn yarn, which can be a problem during mass production. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing yarn at low cost.

←) Structure of the invention, that is, the present invention is a process in which a plurality of undrawn polyester yarns each having a difference in elongation at break of 50 to 90q6 and a birefringence of 0.04 or more are interlaced and treated. This is a method for producing a spunlike textured yarn, which is characterized in that after the process is carried out, stretching and simultaneous false twisting are carried out.

The undrawn polyester yarn used in the present invention is mainly made of polyethylene terephthalate, but it may also be one copolymerized with a third component in a proportion of 15 molar or less. The wire yarn VC may also contain additives such as a matting agent, a coloring agent, and a flame retardant. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the filament of the undrawn yarn, the presence or absence of coloring agent content in @erasing, etc. may be the same, or at least one of these may be made different.

The undrawn polyester yarn used in the present invention has a birefringence of 0.
A plurality of pieces with a diameter of 04 or higher and a difference in elongation of 50 inches or higher are used. If the birefringence is less than 0.04, the drawing ratio must be high to prevent yarn breakage during processing and to prevent crimp set. Since the yarn is drawn at a high magnification after intertwining, the intertwining of the processed yarn is prevented. conjugation becomes worse. Since Sara K has an unstable internal structure of undrawn yarn, it tends to change over time (this causes a problem in that the shape, dyeability, and other physical properties of the produced processed yarn change significantly as well).

In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to use a plurality of undrawn highly oriented polyester yarns having a birefringence of 0.04 or more. In addition, in order to produce the above-mentioned two-layer spunlike textured yarn, it is necessary to use undrawn polyester yarn with a difference in elongation at break of 50 to 90. If the difference in cutting elongation is less than 50 inches, the yarn after drawing and simultaneous false twisting will tend to loosen, the interfiber voids will be small, and the yarn will have a small bulge, resulting in a spun-like yarn with the target two-layer structure. Processed yarn cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the difference in elongation at break exceeds 90%, the difference in dyeing between the two unstretched sheets becomes obvious and dyeing spots become noticeable, which is not suitable. Generally, an undrawn yarn with a birefringence of 0.04 or more corresponds to an elongation at break of 170 or less, and usually has a spinning speed of 3. It is obtained by spinning at a speed of ooom/min or more. The elongation of the undrawn yarn with lower cut elongation, i.e., the undrawn yarn constituting the core yarn of the two-layer textured yarn, is preferably 120% or less, preferably about 70%, i.e., the normal spinning speed is 4000. Undrawn yarn obtained by high-speed spinning of ~6ooom/min will be used, and in order to achieve a low draw ratio of i, 1 to 1.3 times when false twisting is performed simultaneously with stretching, simultaneous stretching after entangling treatment will be used. Even when false-twisting, there is less entanglement,
A double-layered yarn with good conjugation properties can be produced. Moreover, the physical properties of the undrawn yarns, such as elongation and water shrinkage, are similar, and yarns with less dark and light unevenness after dyeing can be obtained.

Furthermore, drawing and simultaneously false-twisting after the interlacing process is important in giving the yarn span-like inter-fiber voids. In addition to becoming a processed yarn, a portion of the sheath yarn with high elongation becomes a nep-like yarn, resulting in a yarn that cannot be used for woven or knitted fabrics. In addition, due to simultaneous stretching and false twisting, yarns with low elongation form the core, and yarns with high elongation are twisted so as to surround the outer layer. As a result, a good spun-like yarn as in the present invention cannot be produced.

Furthermore, in order to produce spunlike processed yarn with even better conjugation properties, heat treatment at 100 to 220° C. after the entanglement treatment is an effective means. The entanglement of the entangled yarn is fixed by heat treatment, and the entanglement is difficult to unravel even if it is subsequently stretched and false-twisted.

At this time, the processing temperature is preferably 100°C to 220°C (however, if the processing time is about 0.1 seconds), below 100°C, the heat fixing effect is small, and above 220°C, the yarn is fused due to fusion. Roughness occurs.
