Claims (3)
- 모터(M)의 모터축(11)에 편심캠(21)을 베어링(15)과 피스톤로드(31)를 같이 결합하여 모터(M)를 구동시키게 되면 피스톤(41)이 편심캠(21)에 의하여 상하 작동하면서 공기가 공기탱크(T)에 공급되도록 한 것에 있어서;상기 모터(M)는 그 양측으로 각각 모터축(11)(12)이 연장되는 양축모터로 구비하고, 상기 모터축(11)(12)에 베어링(15)으로 회전 자유롭게 축 설치된 양측 편심캠(21)(22)에는 각각 소정의 각도를 갖고 피스톤로드(31)(32)와 피스톤(41)(42)을 승강 안내하며 배기니플(55)을 갖는 피스톤헤드(51)(52)가 병렬로 설치되어 상기 모터(M)의 일회전으로 4개의 피스톤(41)(42)이 왕복 압축 운동토록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분뇨처리용 폭기펌프의 피스톤구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 호스(56)에는 역류방지용 체크밸브(60)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 분뇨처리용 폭기펌프의 피스톤구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공기탱크(T)에는 과압방지밸브(61)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 분뇨처리용 폭기펌프의 피스톤구조.
