Claims (14)
- 황 오염물을 함유하는 탄화수소 공급원료를 수소가스 존재하에 촉매와 접촉시키고, 상기 촉매가 비결정형 산성 실리카-알루미나 지지체 기재 백금, 팔라듐 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지고, 상기 지지체가 졸-겔 기술에 의해 얻어지며, Si 대 Al의 비가 1:10 내지 200:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 공급원료의 수소첨가, 하이드로 이성질화 및/또는 하이드로 탈황 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 적어도 0.3의 분산도를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 3:1 내지 1:10 사이의 산성비를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 촉매의 중량에 기초해서 0.01 내지 5중량%, 바람직하기로는 0.1 내지 2중량%의 백금, 팔라듐 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 백금 및 팔라듐으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 백금과 팔라듐 원자비 10:1 내지 1:10으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 공급원료의 중량에 기초해서, 황으로서 계산하여 황 오염물 함유량 0.1 내지 500ppm을 갖는 공급원료를 수소첨가 및/또는 하이드로 탈황시키는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 공급원료가 티오펜계 황 오염물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 황 오염물을 함유하는 탄화수소 공급원료를 백색오일, 용매, 디젤 또는 중간 증류물, 개솔린, 수지 및 케로신으로 되는 군 중에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료가 상류의 하이드로 탈황 유니트로부터 얻어진 생성물인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료를 50 내지 350℃의 온도에서 촉매와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료를 0.5 내지 300bar의 수소압력하에서 촉매와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 비결정형 산성-실리카-알루미나 지지체 기재 백금, 팔라듐 또는 이들의 혼합물에 기초하고, 상기 지지체를 졸-겔 기술로 얻고, 상기 지지체가 25 내지 700㎡/g의 표면적을 갖고, 상기 지지체에서 Si 대 Al의 비가 1:10 내지 200:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 황 오염물을 함유하는 공급원료의 수소첨가, 하이드로 이성질화 및/또는 하이드로 탈황용 촉매.
- 황 오염물을 함유하는 공급원료의 수소첨가, 하이드로 이성질화 및/또는 하이드로 탈황 반응에 있어서 백금, 팔라듐 또는 이들의 혼합물에 기초한 촉매능을 개량시키기 위한, 졸-겔 기술로 얻어지는 비결정형, 산성 실리카-알루미나 지지체.
