Claims (4)
- 전해 콘덴서와 가변 용량 다이오드가 병렬 연결된 펄스 제어 직류 모터의 제어 회로에 있어서,플러스 모터 공급 전압과 전해 콘덴서(C)의 플러스 접점 사이에 하나의 초크 코일(L)이 연결되며,가변 용량 다이오드(D2)의 캐소드는 초크 코일(L)과 전해 콘덴서(C)사이에, 애노드는 직류 모터(2)의 마이너스 측에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터의 제어 회로.
- 전해 콘덴서와 가변 용량 다이오드가 병렬 연결된 펄스 제어 직류 모터의 제어 회로에 있어서,마이너스 모터 공급 전압과 전해 콘덴서(C)의 마이너스 접점 사이에 하나의 초크 코일(L)이 연결되며,가변 용량 다이오드(D2)의 애노드는 초크 코일(L)과 전해 콘덴서(C)사이에, 캐소드는 직류 모터(2)의 플러스 측에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터의 제어 회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 초크 코일(L)과 플러스 공급 전압 사이에 극 전환 보호 장치(3)로써 하나의 역 구동 n-채널-파워-MOS-FET가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터의 제어 회로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 초크 코일(L)과 마이너스 공급 전압 사이에 극 전환 보호 장치(3)로써 하나의 역 구동 n-채널-파워-MOS-FET가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터의 제어 회로.
