Claims (3)
- 케이스와; 상기 케이스내에 교번된 상태로 설치된 스트립 형태의 양극판 및 음극판과; 상기 양극판과 음극판 사이에 게재된 절연 부재와; 상기 케이스의 상부에 배치되며 캡과 상기 캡에 결합되는 캡 커버;를 구비하는 원통형 2 차 전지에 있어서,상기 캡 커버에는 벤트홀이 형성되고,상기 캡 커버의 벤트홀에 삽입될 수 있는 중공형 몸통부와;상기 중공형 몸통부의 외주면에 형성된 개스 통과홈과;상기 중공형 몸통부의 외측에 형성되어 상기 캡 커버의 상부에 위치하는 상부 플렌지와;상기 캡 커버의 하부에 위치하는 하부 플렌지와;상기 상부 플렌지와 상기 캡 커버 사이에 탄성 지지되는 스프링과;상기 중공형 몸통부의 상부 표면에 형성된 취약부;를 구비한 원웨이 밸브를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 2 차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 원웨이 밸브에 외력을 가하지 않을때는 상기 하부 플렌지의 상부 표면이 상기 캡 커버의 저면에 밀착함으로써 개스의 시일이 이루어지며, 상기 원웨이 밸브에 외력을 가할때는 상기 개스 통과홈이 상기 벤트홀에 대응하는 위치에 도달함으로써 케이스 내부의 개스가 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 2 차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 취약부는 상기 케이스 내부의 압력이 소정값 이상일때 파단됨으로써 개스가 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 2 차 전지.
