Claims (6)
- 정극, 부극 및 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극군과; 그 전극군과 함께 전해액을 수납하는 케이스와; 상기 케이스의 내벽에 형성된 내향 돌기를 포함하고; 상기 내향 돌기는 전극군의 최외곽에 배치된 전극을 압박하며 물리적으로 접촉된 구성을 포함하는 밀폐전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전극군의 최외곽에 배치된 전극은 부극인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 케이스는 내향 돌기가 형성된 원통형 캔과 그 캔의 상측 개구에 결합 밀봉되는 캡 어셈블리로 구성되고, 상기 캡 어셈블리는 케이스의 내압에 의해 변형되는 가변 플레이트와, 그 가변 플레이트의 하부에 절연체를 개재하여 배치되고 상기 가변 플레이트의 하향 돌기부와 용접된 고정 플레이트를 포함하는 밀폐전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 고정 플레이트는 단자 탭을 이용하여 전극군의 정극과 전기적으로 연결된 구성을 포함하는 밀폐전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내향 돌기는 케이스의 내주면을 따라 원주상으로 형성된것임을 특징으로 하는 밀폐전지.
- 정극, 부극 및 세퍼레이터를 권취하여 전극군을 형성하되, 그 전극군의 최외곽에 부극이 배치되게 권취하는 단계와; 상기 전극군을 원통형 캔 내부에 수납하고 그 전극군의 상측에 비딩부를 형성하는 단계와; 상기 비딩부 아래쪽의 원통형 캔을 비딩하여 내향 돌기를 형성하는 단계와; 상기 캔의 내부에 전해액을 주입하는 단계와; 상기 비딩부의 내주면 상측에 가스켓을 개재하여 캡 어셈블리를 설치하고, 상기 전극군의 정극에서 인출된 단자 탭에 상기 캡 어셈블리를 용접한 후 밀봉하는 단계를 포함하는 밀폐전지의 제조방법.
