Claims (3)
- 기상중합공정에서(1) 하나 또는 그 이상의 TiX(4-n)(OR)n형태의 티타늄화합물,(여기서, X = Cl 또는 Br, R = 탄소수 2∼8의 알킬기, n = 0∼4)(2) 마그네슘, 또는 RMgX 형태나 RMgR 형태의 마그네슘화합물,(여기서, R과 X는 상기한 바와 동일하다)(3) RX의 형태를 가지는 알킬할라이드 화합물을(여기서, R과 X는 상기한 바와 동일하다)0.1 ≤ 성분(1)/성분(2) ≤ 0.50.5≤RX/Mg≤10, 또는 1 ≤ RX/RMgX ≤ 2 또는 2 ≤ RX/RMgR ≤ 4 의 몰비로 반응시켜 제조되는 촉매와 디메틸알루미늄클로라이드와 트리메틸알루미늄의 혼합 조촉매를 이용하여 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분자량 분포에서 고분자 테일을 갖는 에틸렌 중합체 또는 에틸렌과 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합 조촉매의 알루미늄과 촉매중의 티타늄의 몰비가 Al/Ti로 0.5 내지 7의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체 또는 에틸렌과 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합 조촉매의 디메틸알루미늄클로라이드와 트리메틸알루미늄의 몰비가 7:1∼20:1의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 중합체 및 에틸렌과α-올레핀과의 공중합체 제조방법.
