Claims (3)
- 원유를 예열, 멸균, 균질화, 냉각, 무균충진하는 단계를 거쳐 제조되는 우유처리방법에 있어서, 원유를 감압하에 다단계 농축공정을 거친 후 저장탱크에 저장하였다가 예열함을 특징으로 하는 농축우유제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다단계 농축공정은 원유를 농축기에 투입하여 -710∼-730 mbar 또는 -810∼-825 mbar의 감압조건에서 73∼75℃에서 2∼2.5분간 1차 농축하고, 55∼58℃ 또는 66∼68℃에서 4분간 2차 농축한 다음 50∼52℃ 또는 60∼62℃에서 4분간 3차 농축함을 특징으로 하는 농축우유제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 소화성이 증진되고 보존성이 향상된 농축우유.
