Claims (3)
- 압축기 하우징의 외주면 일측에 설치되고 가장자리에 배출구 및 흡입구가 형성된 머플러의 상면 중앙부에 요입형성되는 오일저장실과;상기 머플러의 상부에 결합되고 열교환기와 연결되는 흡입통로를 가짐과 아울러 열교환기와 연결되는 배출통로를 가지는 매니폴드의 저면에 상기 오일저장실과 통하도록 형성되는 오일분리실과;상기 배출구와 연결되어 토출되는 냉매를 상기 오일분리실로 나선방향으로 안내하도록 매니폴드의 저면에 형성되는 나선통로와;상기 매니폴드의 내부에 상기 오일저장실과 흡입통로를 연통시키도록 형성되는 바이패스통로와; 그리고,상기 바이패스통로에 설치되어 압축기의 흡입구측과 압축기의 배출구측의 압력차에 따라 탄성이동함으로써 오일저장실에 저장되는 오일의 바이패스유량을 조절하는 압력조절봉을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 내장형 오일분리기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오일바이패스통로는, 매니폴드의 내부로부터 오일저장실의 바닥쪽으로 연장설치되는 제1바이패스통로 및 상기 제1바이패스통로와 매니폴드의 흡입통로와 통하도록 매니폴드의 내부에 설치되는 제2바이패스통로를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 내장형 오일분리기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제2바이패스통로와 매니폴드의 흡입통로와의 연통부는 확대통로로 형성되어 연결통로를 통하여 압축기 흡입구와 연결되고,상기 압력조절봉은 상기 제2바이패스통로의 내부에 소정의 간극을 두고 전후이동가능하게 삽입됨과 아울러 상기 압력조절봉의 일단에는 제2바이패스통로의 내경보다 큰 직경을 가져 확대통로에 배치되는 스토퍼가 형성되며,상기 확대통로에는 상기 스토퍼의 선단을 지지하는 압축코일스프링이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 내장형 오일분리기.
