Abstract

본 발명은 중고차 및 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자상거래 모델로서 중고차 및 중고장비 판매에 있어 매우 편리한 상거래 형태이다.
본 발명은 중고차 및 중고장비를 판매하고자 하는 판매자(2)가 상품(4)의 일측에 원하는 판매가격과 간단한 정보(예:년식. 운행거리). 전자상거래 쇼핑을 운영자(1)의 도메인 주소와 전화번호를 기입한 상품판매 안내문(6)을 부착하여 상품(중고차, 중고장비)을 사용하면서 안전하고 편리하게 상품을 판매할 수 있는 전자상거래 모델이다.

중고차 및 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래.{Electronic Commece for Trading a Used Car and Equipment}
중고차 및 중고상품 소유자가 상품판매을 원할 시 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자(1)에게 상품에 대한 영상자료(사진) 및 각종정보와 소정의 등록료를 보내고 상품의 등록번호를 부여받은 후 사이버쇼핑몰에 등록하고, 판매자(2)는 중고차 및 중고상품에 등록번호와 원하는 가격, 년식, 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자(1)의 도메인 주소와 전화번호를 기입한 판매안내문(6)을 부착하여 상품판매를 홍보한다.
구매자(3)는 중고차 및 중고상품의 판매안내문(6)을 확인한 후 전자상거래 쇼핑몰에 접속하여 상품에 대한 상세한 정보를 취득한 후 구매결정을 하여 전자상거래 운영자에게 구매의사를 통보한다.
구매자(3)로부터 구매결정 통보를 받은 전자상거래 운영자(1)는 구매자(3)와 판매자(2)에게 상품이전에 필요한 서류와 대금 그리고 이전장소와 일시를 약속하여, 약속된 일시와 장소에 입회인으로 참석하여 중고차 및 중고상품 이전을 돕고 소정의 수수료를 받는다.
전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자(1)는 적은 수수료 수입이나, 대량거래를 통하여 많은 수익을 얻을 수 있으며, 자동차 판매업자 및 보험영업인을 전자상거래 운영 대리인(5)으로 계약하여 인건비 부담을 최소화하고 전국적인 영업망을 확보할 수 있다.
자동차 판매업자 및 보험영업인은 중고차 및 중고장비 판매를 대리하고 약간의 수수료와 차량 및. 보험상품판매 기회를 얻을 수 있다.
발명이 속하는 기술분야 및 그 분야의 종래기술은 종래의 전자상거래에서 사이버상에서 상품에 관한 정보만으로 구매걸정을 했으나 본 상거래 형태는 구매자가 먼저 물품의 실물을 확인한 후 사이버상에서 좀더 자세한 정보를 습득하여 상품을 구매할 수 있는 상거래 모델이다.
본 발명의 기술적 과제는 종래의 사이버상에서 상품을 구매시 상품에 대한 신뢰도 부족과 종래 중고차 및 중고장비 거래시 문제점인 높은 수수료와 판매중 사용할 수 없는 불편을 해소하기 위함이다.

본 발명의 구성은 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자(1)와 구매자(3) . 판매자(2) . 상품(4) . 안내문(6) 전자상거래 운영자 대리인(5)으로 구성하였다.
본 발명을 통한 전자상거래 모델 효과는 판매자(2)를 사생활 침해없이 저렴한 수수료 부담으로 원하는 가격에 상품을 판매할 수 있으며; 상품판매 홍보중에도 상품사용에 아무런 지장이 없다.
구매자(3)는 직접 상품을 확인한 후 상품을 구매할 수 있으며, 상품의 중간마진이 없어 합리적인 가격에 상품을 구매할 수 있다.
전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자(1) 및 대리인(5)은 판매자(2)와 구매자(3)에게 약간의 수수료를 받으나 대량판매를 통하여 많은 수익을 얻을 수 있으며. 구매자(3)와 판매자(2)에게 보험상품 및 상품(차량·장비)등을 판매할 수 있고 사이버쇼핑몰에 광고를 수주하여 부가적인 수익을 얻을 수 있는 비지니스 모델이다.

  1. 판매자(2)가 상품 (중고차. 중고장비) 판매 필요시 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자(1)에게 상품에 대한 영상자료(사진) 및 각종정보(예. 년식. 가격)와 소정의 등록요금을 보낸 후 등록번호와 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자(1)의 도메인 주소와 전화번호 상품판매가격 및 년식등을 기입한 상품판매안내문(6)을 상품(4)의 일측에 부착하여 구매자(3)가 상품(4) 및 상품판매안내문(6)을 확인후 전자상거래 쇼핑몰에 접속하여 상품(4)에 대한 상세한 정보를 얻은 후 구매의사를 결정하고 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자(1)에게 통보하여 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자(1) 또는 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 운영자 대리인(5)이 구매자(3)와 판매자(2)의 상품이전을 대행하고 구매자(3)와 판매자(2)에게 보험상품 및 상품(차량. 장비)를 판매하고 소정의 수수료와 사이버쇼핑몰에 광고를 수주하여 수익을 얻을 수 있는 비지니스 모델.
