Description

중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 시스템 및 그 기록매체{Electronic Commerce System For Trading A Used Equipment And Storage Medium Thereof}
본 발명은 중고장비의 전자상거래 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 중고차에 관한 정보를 인터넷에 등록한 뒤, 그 내용을 담은 안내문을 인쇄하여 중고차에 부착함으로써 거래가 이루어질 때까지 자신의 자가용을 이용할 수 있는 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 시스템 및 그 기록매체에 관한 것이다.
도 1은 종래의 전자 상거래 시스템의 구성도이다. 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 종래의 전자 상거래는 인터넷과 이에 연결된 서버 및 클라이언트 컴퓨터 등에 의하여 이루어진다.
우선, 종래의 전자 상거래에 필요한 최소한의 구성에 대하여 설명하기로 한다. 인터넷상에 개설된 홈페이지(18)에는 다수의 컴퓨터(16)가 접속 가능하고, 상호 데이터를 송수신할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다.
홈페이지의 운영자는 서버장치(10)를 통해 자료를 저장하고, 검색하고, 업로드 및 다운로드 등을 수행하면서, 상품을 전시하고, 거래 승인, 신분 인증, 대금결재, 택배에 필요한 데이터 전송 등을 수행한다.
제조회사(12)는 상거래의 승인이 이루어진 경우 해당 제품을 해당 수량만큼 포장하여 출하한다. 그리고, 택배회사(14)는 출하된 상품을 해당지역까지 운송하여 소비자에게 전달하게 된다.
이러한 종래의 전자상거래 방식은 의류, 생활용품 등의 간단한 상품을 구매하고자 할 경우에 편리하다는 특징이 있었다. 그러나, 만약, 대상 상품이 승용차 또는 건설기계, 생산설비 등과 같이 비교적 규모가 크고 중량이 무거워 이동이 용이하지 못한 경우에는 적합하지 않았다.
더욱이, 중고 승용차를 종래의 자동차시장에게 판매하고자 할 경우, 거래가 이루어질 때까지 자신의 승용차를 전시하여야 하므로 이용할 수 없다는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위해 중고 자동차를 대상으로 하는 서비스가 점차 개발되고 있으나, 대상 자동차를 육안으로 직접 확인할 수 없고, 컴퓨터상에서 모니터만을 이용하여 확인해야 하므로 실제 제품에 대해 불만족하는 경우가 많았다.
또한, 종래의 전자상거래의 경우 대상 물건의 운송 및 대금의 결제에만 치중하여 중고자동차의 이전에 따른 법률절차, 세무절차, 보험절차 등은 별도의 대리인에게 위탁하거나 직접 수행하는 등 불편이 컸다.
따라서, 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로써, 본 발명의 제 1 목적은 인터넷을 통해 중고 자동차, 중고장비등을 손쉽게 거래할 수 있는 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 시스템 및 그 기록매체를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 제 2 목적은 중고차 또는 중고장비가 판매될 때까지 판매자가 이를 이용할 수 있도록 함으로서 장비의 활용도를 높인 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 시스템 및 그 기록매체를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 제 3 목적은 구매자가 구매전에 대상 중고차를 직접 육안으로 확인할 수 있고, 보다 상세한 자료는 인터넷을 통해 제공받을 수 있으므로 제품 구매에 대한 만족도가 높고, 거래 취소 또는 환불요구 등의 불만이 적은 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 시스템 및 그 기록매체를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 제 4 목적은 중고차 또는 중고장비의 판매 현장(또는 제품 인도현장)에 보험 또는 법률절차를 대리할 수 있는 대리인이 입회함으로써 거래의 안전도를 높이고 절차를 신속하게 완료할 수 있는 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 시스템 및 그 기록매체를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 목적은, 중고장비(32)의 가격 및 생산시기를 포함하는 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 전송할 수 있고, 상기 인터넷으로 부터 전송 받은 데이터를 출력할 수 있는 출력수단을 갖는 적어도 하나의 판매자 단말(28);
상기 중고장비(32)의 데이터를 홈페이지(20)상에 업로드시킬 수 있고, 저장된 데이터에 대한 검색수단 및 상기 중고장비(32)의 데이터를 미리 정해진 형식의 안내문(30)으로 변환하여 상기 판매자 단말(28)로 전송하는 수단을 포함하고, 상기 중고장비(32)의 구매에 관한 데이터를 송수신할 수 있는 운영자 서버장치(22);
상기 인터넷을 통해 상기 홈페이지에 접속 가능하고, 상기 검색수단으로 부터 검색결과 데이터를 전송받을 수 있는 구매자 단말(26); 및
상기 인터넷을 통해 상기 홈페이지에 접속 가능하고, 상기 홈페이지(20)로부터 상기 중고장비(32)에 관한 데이터 및 거래조건에 관한 데이터를 전송받을 수 있는 대리인 단말(24); 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 장치에 의하여 달성될 수 있다.
상기 중고장비(32)는 중고 승용차, 승합차, 화물차 등의 자동차, 덤프트럭, 포크레인 등의 건설장비, 사출기, 프레스 등의 생산장비 등을 들 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 안내문(30)에는 상기 중고장비(32)의 구입가격, 판매가격(34),생산년월(35), 등록번호(36), 홈페이지 주소(37), 전화번호(38) 등에 관한 정보가 인쇄되는 것이 바람직하다.
뿐만 아니라, 상기와 같은 본 발명의 목적은, 판매자 단말(28)로부터 중고장비(32)의 가격 및 생산시기를 포함하는 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 전송하여 홈페이지(20)에 등록하는 단계(S10);
상기 홈페이지(20)로부터 상기 데이터가 포함된 안내문(30)을 출력받아 상기 중고장비(32)에 부착하는 단계(S20);
구매자가 상기 안내문(30)의 데이터에 기초하여 상기 홈페이지(20)를 검색하고, 해당 중고장비(32)에 관한 상세정보를 조회하는 단계(S30);

상기와 같은 본 발명의 목적은,

판매자 단말(28)로부터 중고장비(32)의 가격 및 생산시기를 포함하는 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 전송하여 홈페이지(20)에 등록하게 하는 프로그램 코드;
상기 데이터에 기초하여 미리 정해진 안내문(30)을 생성한 뒤 상기 판매자 단말(28)로 전송하는 프로그램 코드;
상기 판매자 단말(28)에서 상기 안내문(30)을 인쇄하게 하는 프로그램 코드;
구매자 단말(26)로 부터 전송된 검색조건에 따라 상기 홈페이지(20)에 등록된 데이터를 검색하여 검색결과를 상기 구매자 단말(26)로 전송하는 프로그램 코드; 및
상기 구매자 단말(26)로부터 상기 중고장비(32)의 구매의사가 전송된 경우 상기 홈페이지(20)의 운영서버(22)는 상기 판매자 단말(28), 상기 구매자 단말(26) 및 거래를 중재하는 대리인의 단말(24)로 해당 중고장비(32)에 관한 데이터 및 거래 약속시간, 장소에 관한 데이터를 전송하게 하는 프로그램 코드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 시스템의 기록매체에 의해서도 달성될 수 있다.

이하에서는 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예를 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 시스템의 구성도이다. 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 인터넷상에는 회원 또는 누구든지 접속할 수 있는 홈페이지(20)가 개설되어 있고, 이러한 홈페이지(20)는 운영자의 서버장치(22)에 의하여 관리된다.
서버장치(22)는 데이터를 저장하는 하드디스크(미도시), 연산 및 제어를 총괄하는 중앙제어장치(미도시), 주기억장치, 랜카드 등의 컴퓨터 하드웨어 구성으로 이루어져 있다.
그리고, 서버장치(22)는 검색을 수행하기 위한 검색엔진, SQL, JAVA 등의 소프트웨어를 갖추고 있고, 데이터베이스는 회원관리 테이블, 상품정보 테이블, 거래이력테이블, 대금 결제 테이블 등의 정보를 갖추고 있다.
판매자 단말(28)은 중고차(32)를 소유한 판매자가 이용하는 클라이언트 컴퓨터이다. 인터넷에 접속 가능하고, 프린터(미도시)와 연결되어 안내문(30)을 인쇄할 수 있다.
구매자 단말(26)은 중고차의 구매를 희망하는 구매자가 이용하는 클라이언트 컴퓨터로서, 인터넷에 접속 가능하다.
대리인 단말(24)은 보험, 이전등기, 세무 등의 절차를 대리할 수 있는 대리인의 클라이언트 컴퓨터이다.
이러한 운영자의 서버장치(22), 다수의 판매자 단말(28), 다수의 구매자 단말(26) 및 다수의 대리인 단말(24)은 홈페이지와 연결되어 있어 데이터 전송이 가능하다.
도 3은 본 발명에서 사용되는 안내문의 일 실시예이다. 안내문(30)에는 중고차의 희망 판매가격(34)이 구체적으로(예를 들어, 2,000,000원) 표시되고, 중고차의 생산연월(예를 들어, 1999년 12월식)(35) 등이 표시된다.
등록번호(36)는 홈페이지(20)에 중고차(32)를 등록했을 때 부여받는 일련번호이다. 이러한 등록번호(36)를 이용하여 구매자는 손쉽게 해당 중고차(32)의 상세정보를 검색할 수 있다. 등록번호(36)를 부여하는 또 다른 방법으로는 판매자가 스스로 결정하는 방법이다(예를 들어, 자신의 자동차 번호판의 번호 4자리를 등록번호로써 입력하는 방법).
홈페이지(37)는 전자상거래가 이루어지는 홈페이지의 URL(예를 들어, www.ＯＯＯ.co.kr)이다. 만약 이러한 시스템을 채택한 홈페이지가 다수인 경우 이들중 하나의 특정 홈페이지가 기재된다. 따라서, 구매자는 홈페이지(37)의 주소를 기억하였다가 구매자 단말(26)을 통해 억세스할 수 있다.
이러한 정보를 갖는 안내문(30)은 운영자 서버장치(22)에 의해 파일형태(텍스트 화일 포맷 또는 워드 프로세서 화일 포맷)로 생성된 후, 판매자 단말(28)로 전송된다. 그러면 판매자는 전송된 자료를 별도의 프린터 등으로 출력하여 자신의 중고 승용차(32)에 부착하고 운행하면 된다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 중고차 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 시스템의 흐름도이다. 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 우선, 판매자가 자신의 중고 승용차(32)를 판매하고자할 경우 판매자 단말(28)를 이용하여 중고차(32)의 희망가격(34), 생산시기(35) 및 전화번호(38)를 포함하는 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 전송하여 홈페이지(20)에 등록한다(S10).
등록이 완료되면, 홈페이지(20)는 등록번호(36)를 부여하고, 상기 홈페이지(20)로부터 상기 데이터가 포함된 안내문(30)을 판매자 단말(28)로 전송한다. 그러면 판매자는 이를 전송받아 인쇄한 후, 상기 중고차(32)에 부착하여 운행한다(S20).
만약, 운행중 또는 주차중인 중고차(32)의 안내문(30)을 발견한 구매자가 보다 상세한 정보를 원하거나 이를 구매하고자 할 경우, 구매자 단말(26)을 이용하여 해당 홈페이지의 주소(37)로 이동한 뒤, 등록번호(36)을 입력하여 검색한다.
서버장치(22)는 등록번호(36)를 입력받아 검색을 수행한 후, 그 결과에 따른 상세정보를 구매자 단말(26)로 전송하여 조회할 수 있도록 한다(S30).
그리고, 구매자는 구매자 단말(26)을 통해 상기 중고차(32)의 구매의사를 상기 홈페이지(20)로 전송한다(S40).
구매의사를 전달받은 운영서버(22)는 일주일 전후의 적절한 시간(예를 들어, 일주일 후 오후 2시)에 판매자의 주소지 또는 판매자가 지정한 곳에서 거래가 이루어질 것임을 각 구매자와 판매자 및 대리인에게 인터넷을 통해 전달한다(S50).
이 때, 서버장치(22)가 정해준 시간과 장소가 적절하지 않은 경우 판매자의 전화번호(38)를 이용하여 상호간에 연락을 취함으로써 시간과 장소 등을 조정할 수도 있다.
이 같은, 방식을 통해 대리인(보험대리인)은 보험상품의 판매기회 및 절차 대리 수수료의 수입이 발생하는 잇점이 있다.
이 경우, 각 구매자, 판매자 또는 대리인은 일정한 회원가입비를 내거나, 접속회수마다 소정금액을 결제하거나 또는 해당 제품을 검색할 때마다 일정액을 회비로 과금함으로써 운영자는 수익을 창출할 수 있다.
그리고, 서버장치(22)에 기록되어 수행되는 일련의 프로그램 코드는,
컴퓨터에 의해 실행가능하고,

비록 본 발명에서는 중고장비들 중 특히 중고차를 중심으로 도시하고 설명하였으나 본 발명은 이에 국한되는 것이 아니며, 승합차, 화물차 등의 자동차, 덤프트럭, 포크레인, 크레인 등의 건설장비, 사출기, 프레스 등의 생산장비 등에도 적용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기와 같이 본 발명에 따른, 중고장비 판매를 위한 전자 상거래 시스템 및 그 기록매체에 의하면, 인터넷을 통해 중고 자동차, 중고장비등을 손쉽게 거래할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 중고차 또는 중고장비가 판매될 때까지 판매자가 이를 이용할 수 있도록 함으로서 장비의 활용도를 높일 수 있다.
그리고, 구매자가 구매전에 대상 중고차를 직접 육안으로 확인할 수 있고, 보다 상세한 자료는 인터넷을 통해 제공받을 수 있으므로 제품 구매에 대한 만족도가 높고, 거래 취소 또는 환불요구 등의 불만이 적다는 장점이 있다.

  1. 중고장비(32)의 가격 및 생산시기를 포함하는 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 전송할 수 있고, 상기 인터넷으로 부터 전송 받은 데이터를 출력할 수 있는 출력수단을 갖는 적어도 하나의 판매자 단말(28);
    상기 중고장비(32)의 데이터를 홈페이지(20)상에 업로드시킬 수 있고, 저장된 데이터에 대한 검색수단 및 상기 중고장비(32)의 데이터를 미리 정해진 형식의 안내문(30)으로 변환하여 상기 판매자 단말(28)로 전송하는 수단을 포함하고, 상기 중고장비(32)의 구매에 관한 데이터를 송수신할 수 있는 운영자 서버장치(22);
    상기 인터넷을 통해 상기 홈페이지에 접속 가능하고, 상기 검색수단으로 부터 검색결과 데이터를 전송받을 수 있는 구매자 단말(26); 및
