Claims (22)
- 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 단위를 주성분으로 하는 폴리에스테르(A) 및 폴리에테르이미드(B)로 이루어지고, 단일한 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름으로서, 길이 방향과 폭 방향 중 적어도 한쪽 방향의 굴절률이 1.60 내지 1.80인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀도가 1.35 내지 1.42 g/cm3인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름의 면배향 계수가 0.03 이상, 0.19 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외삽(外揷) 유리 전이 개시 온도(Tg-onset)가 90 내지 150 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, DSC로 측정한 결정의 융해 열량 ΔH가 15 내지 45 J/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 돌기 높이 0.5 ㎛ 이상의 표면 조대 돌기가 30개/100 cm2미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 25 ㎛ 환산의 헤이즈가 0.1 내지 15 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르이미드(B)의 함유량이 1 내지 50 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고유 점도가 0.55 내지 2.0 dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 길이 방향의 영률(Young Modulus) (YMD)과 폭 방향의 영률 (YTD)의 합 (YMD+YTD)이 8 내지 25 GPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도 50 ℃ 및 하중 28 MPa의 조건하에서 30분 경과 후의 크립 컴플라이언스 (creep compliance)가 0.10 내지 0.55 GPa-1인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 길이 방향과 폭 방향 중 적어도 한쪽 방향의 100 ℃ 열수축률이 1 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름의 두께 불균일이 15 % 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름의 두께가 0.5 ㎛ 이상, 300 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1 내지 14항에 기재한 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제1 내지 14항에 기재한 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴서.
- 제1 내지 14항에 기재한 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 리본.
- 제1 내지 14항에 기재한 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열 공판 인쇄 원지.
- 에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하는 폴리에스테르(A)와 폴리에테르이미드(B)를 용융 압출하여, 단일한 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 수지 시트를 성형하고, 이어서 상기 수지 시트를 길이 방향으로 3.0 내지 10배, 폭 방향으로 3.0 내지 10배의 배율로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 필름을 이축 연신한 후에 100 ℃ 내지 260 ℃의 온도에서 열고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 용융 압출을 압출기로 (1) 스크류 전단 속도를 30 초-1이상, 30 초-1미만, (2) 중합체 온도를 280 ℃ 이상, 320 ℃ 이하, 및 (3) 중합체의 토출 시간을 60초 이상, 10분 이하의 조건으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하는 폴리에스테르(A)와 폴리에테르이미드(B)의 중량 분율(A/B)가 70/30 내지 10/90인 블렌드 원료를 미리 제조하고, 이 블렌드 원료와 폴리에스테르(A)를 용융 압출하여 단일한 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 수지 시트를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
