It relates to a method for producing a decoration sheet. Since the method does not go through the colored sheet production process and the upper limb (transparent film) plywood process, the production process can be simplified and the cost can be reduced and productivity can be improved.
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decoration sheet, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a decoration sheet, which is economically advantageous as well as simplifying a work process by removing the colored sheet layer by directly front printing on the transparent sheet layer.
In general, a decoration sheet (hereinafter referred to as a "deco sheet") refers to a sheet for expressing a decoration such as a wooden pattern on furniture such as dressers and sinks. Since solid wood is usually very expensive, popular furniture is produced using medium or high density fibers (hereinafter referred to as "recycled wood"), which are finely pulverized waste wood or waste furniture and then processed and regenerated. Thus, a wooden board is manufactured using recycled wood, and then a decorative sheet is attached to the wooden board to express wooden patterns or other various patterns on the furniture.
Such a deco sheet is sequentially laminated with a gravure printing layer and a varnish layer on one surface of a polypropylene colored sheet, as shown in Figure 1a, and then to form a primer layer on the opposite side to improve adhesion to the furniture Alternatively, or as shown in Figure 1b, the printed layer and the transparent film layer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material is sequentially laminated on one surface of the colored sheet. The colored sheet is prepared by adding a suitable pigment to show the background color or the background color of the printing layer.
As described above, the conventional method necessarily uses a colored sheet and goes through the plywood process of the transparent film layer, thereby increasing the cost and lowering the productivity. In addition, since the material of the transparent film layer contains environmental hormones and generates dioxin during combustion, there is a disadvantage that it is harmful to the human body. In addition, since the thickness of the varnish layer or the transparent film layer is 0.07 mm or less, there is a disadvantage that the scratch resistance is poor.
Accordingly, the present inventors have conducted various studies to solve the above-mentioned problems. As a result, the inventors have found a method for manufacturing a decor sheet without using a colored sheet, which is more environmentally friendly than PVC, and the present invention provides a Completed on the basis of
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a decor sheet, which is environmentally friendly and improves production cost by improving cost reduction and productivity.
In the manufacturing method of the present invention for achieving the above object, in the method of manufacturing the decor sheet, it consists of directly forming the front printing layer of the desired shape through gravure printing on the back of the transparent or translucent sheet layer of polypropylene material.

Figure 2c is a cross-sectional view schematically showing another structure of a decoration sheet produced according to the method of the present invention,
Figure 2d is a cross-sectional view schematically showing another structure of a decoration sheet produced according to the method of the present invention.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to Figure 2a, the decorative sheet according to the present invention is produced by directly forming the front printing layer of the desired form through the gravure printing on the back of the transparent or translucent sheet layer. As such, by directly forming the printed layer on the back of the transparent or translucent sheet layer without the colored sheet layer, the manufacturing cost can be lowered and the production process can be simplified. The transparent or translucent sheet layer used in the present invention is made of polypropylene. This is because the conventional PVC is weak to heat, so the smoothness of the resin is reduced during gravure printing.
Therefore, in the present invention, polypropylene was selected as a transparent or semi-transparent resin capable of being gravure printing and being able to express the pattern of the print layer. In addition, these polypropylenes are environmentally friendly than PVC, which is a material of the transparent film of the conventional decor sheet, so it is less harmless to the human body. As said polypropylene which can be used for this invention, aromatic polypropylene (OPP), casting polypropylene (CPP), etc. are preferable. In the case of using the aromatic polypropylene, the transparency of the resin can be adjusted according to the degree of drawing. When the casting polypropylene is used, the transparency is somewhat reduced, but the desired printing layer can be formed by adjusting the color tone to simplify the coloration. Can be planned.
In addition, the thickness of the transparent or translucent sheet layer is at least 0.1 mm, preferably about 0.1 to 0.15 mm. This thickness is at least about 0.03 mm or more thicker than the transparency film used in the existing decor sheet can improve the scratch resistance of the final manufactured decor sheet.
Meanwhile, various other embodiments of the present invention are illustrated in FIGS. 2B to 2D. Figure 2b is an example in which a conventional primer layer is formed to improve the adhesion to the furniture in the lower portion of the printed layer formed on the back of the transparent or translucent sheet layer. 2C is a case where the matt or gloss chemical treatment is performed on the transparent or translucent sheet layer of the decor sheet shown in FIG. 2A, and FIG. 2D is a matt on the transparent or translucent sheet layer of the decor sheet shown in FIG. 2B. Or it is the case of the polished chemical treatment.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following Examples.
The decorative sheet of the present invention was prepared by forming a printed pattern of wood pattern on a oriented polypropylene transparent sheet having a thickness of 0.1 mm through gravure printing at about 70 ° C.
1Comparative Example 1
A printed layer was formed on the polypropylene colored sheet through gravure printing at about 70 ° C., and then a PVC transparent film layer having a thickness of about 0.07 mm was laminated on the printed layer.
Except that the conventional primer layer was formed in the lower portion of the printing layer in Example 1 was carried out in the same manner.
Deco sheets prepared according to Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were randomly arranged in 30 people, and the degree of expression and aesthetics of the printed layer were evaluated by a 5-point evaluation method. The results are shown in Table 1 below.
1: Opaque, unclear pattern, no aesthetic feeling.
2: The pattern is somewhat unclear.
3: Normal expression and aesthetic appearance.
4: The pattern is clear and the aesthetic is normal.
5: Harmonious expression and aesthetics of the pattern.
As can be seen from Table 1, it was confirmed that the pattern representation degree of the decorative sheet prepared according to Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 does not show a large difference. In addition, in the present invention, the aesthetics of the printed layer could be improved through toning.
As such, the method according to the present invention not only uses environmentally-friendly materials but also does not go through the colored sheet production process and the upper limb (transparent film) plywood process, thereby reducing cost and improving productivity by simplifying the production process. The simplicity of coloration can be achieved to greatly improve the production yield.
