Description

Functional sheet with antibacterial performance and capable of being written in and erased
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a functional sheet having an antibacterial property, and more particularly, to a writable and erasable functional sheet having an antibacterial property, which uses a CPP film harmless to a human body and environmentally friendly instead of PVC used in the conventional sheet manufacturing process, and which is writable and erasable and environmentally friendly.
Background
Conventionally, PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) has been widely used as a packaging material for packaging products or a surface material for surfaces of furniture and the like. However, not only the environmental hormones harmful to the human body are detected in PVC, but also the following problems are found: phthalic acid gas is generated as a carcinogen during the production of PVC products, and dioxin is generated during incineration of PVC, which has a harmful effect on the human body.
Therefore, the use of CPP (Cast Polypropylene) film that can replace PVC is increasing. The CPP film refers to a film manufactured by using PP (Polypropylene) without stretching and using a T-mold method. CPP films are transparent and glossy, but are less transparent or glossy than OPP films. However, it has excellent low-temperature impact strength and heat sealability compared to the OPP film, and thus, when the CPP film is combined with the OPP film or the PET film, it has excellent moisture resistance. The CPP film having these properties has excellent transparency, surface gloss and mechanical strength, and thus is widely used for differentiation of packaging materials for moisture-proof foods such as frozen desserts, snacks, cookies and the like, and also for printing. In addition, matte CPP films are also used for coating cover materials such as magazines and the like.
However, such a CPP film has a problem that it is difficult to perform a printing operation or an adhesion operation when it is manufactured into a sheet for decoration or the like due to the surface tension of the product, and has a problem that it is likely to cause a scratch even under a weak impact due to the poor surface strength and physical properties of the product.
In recent years, a simple sheet-shaped product has been used in many cases as a substitute for a whiteboard, which is a note board. This is because, compared with a whiteboard, the whiteboard can be freely unfolded and used without being limited by a place where the whiteboard is located, and is convenient to carry. Such sheet-shaped note boards mainly use PVC products, but as described above, environmental pollution problems arise.
The inventors have come to know at an occasional chance that a CPP film used as a wrapping paper can be used for the purpose of performing a sheet-shaped note board capable of writing and erasing, and thus completed the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical subject
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object thereof is to provide a functional sheet having antibacterial properties, capable of writing and erasing, which can be written and erased, is convenient to carry, and is environmentally friendly.
Means for solving the problems
The present invention for achieving the above object is characterized by providing a writable and erasable functional sheet having antibacterial properties, comprising: a release paper layer; a matte catalyst layer formed on the upper surface of the release paper layer and having an antibacterial function; an adhesive layer formed on an upper surface of the matt catalyst layer; and an antibacterial sheet layer formed on an upper surface of the adhesive layer and having a CPP sheet having an antibacterial function and capable of writing and erasing as a main material.
Also, preferably, the matte catalyst layer is formed by coating the upper surface of the release paper layer or the lower surface of the adhesive layer in an aqueous solution state, or is formed by mixing 3 to 5 parts by weight in a powder form with respect to the weight of the adhesive layer.
More preferably, the antibacterial sheet layer includes a CPP sheet layer performing writing and erasing functions and an antibacterial coating layer formed on a surface thereof, or is formed in a sheet shape by mixing 3 to 8 parts by weight of a CPP raw material performing writing and erasing functions.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, the sheet has antibacterial properties on the surface and back of the written and erased sheet to isolate contaminants from the surroundings, thereby having the effects of environmental protection and safety in use.
On the other hand, the present invention has antibacterial properties on the back surface of the sheet paper, and thus has another effect of inhibiting the propagation of harmful bacteria on the wall surface when used as wallpaper.

Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a functional sheet according to other embodiments of the present invention.
Detailed Description
First, the basic concept of the present invention is explained. The present invention prepares a sheet that can be written and erased, first, uses a CPP film as a sheet that exerts a basic function. This is focused on the inherent physical properties of the CPP film that can be written and erased, and it is known that the thermal stability and the writing and erasing functions are superior to those of the existing commercially available PVC sheet or PET sheet that can be written and erased. Next, a functional sheet having antibacterial properties is provided. This is because both the front and back surfaces are treated to have antibacterial properties, and thus the surface is environmentally friendly. In particular, in the case of using as a functional sheet for children, when prepared in the form of wallpaper, there is an advantage that generation of harmful bacteria such as mold on a wall surface can be prevented. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a functional sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, it can be seen that the functional sheet according to the present embodiment mainly includes a release paper layer 100, a non-photocatalyst layer 200, an adhesive layer 300, and an antibacterial sheet layer 400.
First, since the release paper layer 100 is a layer removed at the time of use, which is a common practice, a detailed description will be omitted below.
A matte catalyst layer 200 is illustrated. When the adhesive layer 300 is placed on a wall surface, a floor, or the like after the release paper layer 100 is removed, the photocatalyst-free layer 200 functions to remove bacteria such as mold generated on the wall surface. In other words, when used as wallpaper, moisture or the like causes growth of mold or the like, which adversely affects the environment. As an antibacterial substance for removing these bacteria, there are various substances, but a catalyst composed of titanium dioxide having the strongest function has been found to be suitable. Titanium dioxide catalysts generally exhibit the most powerful function in the presence of light (ultraviolet, UV). However, there is a problem that light irradiation is not performed to the back surface of the functional sheet made of wallpaper or sheet. Therefore, it was decided to use a matt titanium dioxide catalyst which exerts a catalytic effect even in the absence of light, rather than a titanium dioxide catalyst which acts under simple light irradiation. Such a matt catalyst is known to be prepared by adding a small amount of a transition metal salt to titanium dioxide which is generally used as a general photocatalyst. The matt catalyst used in the present invention was produced as follows.
The matt catalyst is prepared from alcohol, titanium compound, chelating agent, metal salt compound and acid catalyst. The alcohol may be one or more selected from the group consisting of methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol and isopropanol, and the above titanium compound may be one or more selected from the group consisting of titanium- (n) methoxide, titanium- (n) ethoxide, titanium- (n) propoxide, titanium- (n) butoxide and titanium- (n) isopropoxide in view of the reaction with the chelating agent.
The chelating agent may be one or more selected from the group consisting of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), dimethylglyoxime, citric acid, polyphosphoric acid, diacetylmethane, nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA), and alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA).
The metal salt compound may be composed of a transition metal salt, and the transition metal salt may be a nitrate, sulfate, chloride, or the like containing one or more metals of Zn, Mn, Fe, Cu, Ni, Co, Cr, V, Zr, Mo, Ag, W, Pt, and Au. The titanium oxide sol is prepared by using the above-mentioned raw materials, adding a titanium compound and a chelating agent to an alcohol to form a titanium oxide sol, and reacting the titanium oxide sol with a transition metal salt in the presence of an acid catalyst.
Since the photocatalyst prepared as described above is in the form of a powder, it can be used in the form of an aqueous solution in which it is mixed with water, or in the form of a powder directly mixed with the starting material. When used in the form of an aqueous solution, it is usually used in an amount of 3 to 10 parts by weight of the total aqueous solution. When 3 parts by weight or less is used, the function of the matte catalyst may be deteriorated, and when 10 parts by weight or more is used, the catalyst performance is not greatly improved and the adhesion is decreased compared to the amount of the catalyst added. Therefore, it was found that the above amount is appropriate. When the powder is used, it may be mixed with the adhesive layer 300 described later and used, and in this case, it is preferable to use 3 to 5 parts by weight with respect to the weight of the adhesive layer 300. If the amount is 3 parts by weight or less, it is difficult to exhibit sufficient performance, and if the amount is 5 parts by weight or more, deterioration of the adhesive layer 300 is caused.
Next, the method of using such a matte catalyst 200 varies depending on the shape thereof. First, when used in the form of an aqueous solution, it is sprayed on the surface of a release paper with a spray or the like, and attached to the surface of the release paper by drying, and adhered to the adhesive layer 300 in the attached state to reveal the product, and in the case of actual use, when the release paper 100 is removed, the photocatalyst-free layer 200 is attached to a wall surface in the attached state to the adhesive layer 300, or sprayed on the surface of the adhesive layer 300 to be directly used on the surface of the adhesive layer 300. In the case of using the photocatalyst-free powder form, the adhesive layer 300 substance may be used by mixing 3 to 5 parts by weight with respect to the adhesive layer substance at the time of manufacturing the adhesive layer 300.
Next, the adhesive layer 300 may be classified into two types according to the use purpose. In other words, in the case of attaching a portable functional sheet that is used on a wall surface or the like, removed after use, and carried for carrying, it has a form of a general adhesive layer having adhesive properties. On the other hand, when used as wallpaper, detachment should not occur after the adhesive layer 300 is attached to a wall surface using an adhesive. In this case, the adhesive layer 300 may be allowed to maintain adhesiveness.
Next, the antimicrobial sheet layer 400 that performs writing and erasing functions is explained. Basically, the antibacterial sheet layer 400 is in the form of a sheet produced using CPP as a raw material, and in order to increase antibacterial performance, an antibacterial coating layer is formed on the surface of the CPP sheet, or an antibacterial substance is added to the raw material during the production of the CPP sheet to add antibacterial performance to the CPP sheet itself. In this embodiment, the antibacterial substance is mixed into the CPP sheet to mix the sheet itself with the antibacterial substance.
First, in the case of a CPP film having writing and erasing functions, since it is a known well-known product, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Next, this embodiment shows a case where an antibacterial substance is mixed in a CPP sheet and the sheet itself is mixed with the antibacterial substance. An antibacterial substance used in the form of an antibacterial substance addition sheet is explained. The antibacterial substance used in the present invention should have continuous antibacterial activity and high heat resistance, and when added to conventional polymer resins and petrochemical products, the antibacterial compound is not eluted, thereby causing no toxicity, and the physical properties of the molded product are not affected. The following antimicrobial monomers should be used: solves the problem of toxicity caused by elution of a polymer compound prepared using a photocurable type, a single polymerization/copolymerization type, or an intermediate bonding type joint, has a durable antibacterial effect and high heat resistance, and has durability when manufactured as a product. That is, the antibacterial monomer itself must contain a photo-curable reactive functional group and a polymerizable functional group, and the polymerizable functional group includes a component consisting of a carbon-carbon double bond (C ═ C) and a carbon-carbon triple bond (C ≡ C), a sulfonyl group, a halogen element, a nitro group, a hydroxyl group, a thionyl (-SH), an amine (1 °, 2 °, 3 °), an amide, an imine, a carbamate, an oxime, a carbonyl group, a carboxyl group, an epoxy group, an acrylic acid, an ester, a phenyl group, a vinyl group, a nitrile. As substances usable as the antibacterial monomer having such a functional group, examples of the antibacterial monomer compound of chemical formula 1 of the present invention include 1-ethyl-6, 8-difluoro-1, 4-dihydro-7- [4- ((2-hydroxy-6-methyl-4-oxa-5-oxo-6 heptenyl) -3-methyl-1-piperazinyl ] -4-oxo-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid, cis-5-amino-1-cyclopropyl-6, 8-difluoro-1, 4-dihydro-7- [4- (2-hydroxy-6-methyl-4-oxa-5-oxa-6-heptenyl) -3, 5-dimethyl-1-piperazinyl ] -4-oxo-3-quinolinecarboxylic acid, and the like.
And the antibacterial monomer is preferably added in a content of 3 to 8 parts by weight in the entire CPP sheet. When 3 parts by weight or less is added, it is found that sufficient antibacterial performance is not exerted, and when 8 parts by weight or more is used, the physical properties of the sheet itself are deteriorated.
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2 shown in the drawing.
As shown in the drawing, in the present embodiment, the antibacterial sheet layer 400 is integrally formed by coating an antibacterial coating layer 400b on the surface of the CPP sheet layer 400 a.
The formation of the antibacterial coating layer 400b may be as follows: the antibacterial monomer itself forms a base resin and is separately prepared in a film form and is attached to the CPP sheet layer 400a to be formed; alternatively, after the antibacterial monomer is prepared in a liquid state, it may be coated on the CPP sheet layer 400 a. In this case, since the surface layer can be formed without being included in the entire sheet layer, the antibacterial performance can be improved, but there is a disadvantage that the operation must be a double operation.
On the other hand, in example 1 and example 2 for illustrating the present invention, a separate substrate layer is not illustrated, but it may be applied as needed, of course. That is, if the CPP sheet layer is the transparent layer, it is sufficient if the base layer having a color is formed on the upper surface of the adhesive layer, and the CPP sheet layer 400a or the antimicrobial sheet layer 400 is formed on the upper surface of the base layer. Since the formation of the base layer is a technique commonly used in the production of sheet paper, detailed description is omitted below.
The above describes an embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiment, but extends to all fields within the spirit of the present invention.
