BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet for buildings, vehicles, miscellaneous goods, and the like, and more particularly to a decorative sheet having a light interference color tone and pearly luster.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a decorative sheet having a light interference color tone or pearly luster, a film having a light interference function (hereinafter abbreviated as a light interference film) subjected to embossing described in JP-A-10-76623, or JP-A-2- Some optical interference films described in Japanese Patent No. 98441 use a fine embossed film as a decorative layer.
[0003]
The surface color tone of the decorative sheet is insufficient in that it expresses the intensity of the light interference color tone because the surface is composed only of fine embosses. In addition, the sheet is decorated by forming a transparent resin layer such as polyvinyl chloride in which small pieces of pearl and iris colors are dispersed and a layer made of pearl pigment or metal powder, and the surface is embossed. However, there is a sheet that emphasizes glossiness and iris color tone, but this sheet has poor light interference color tone and is not rich in decorativeness.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional decorative sheet having the light interference film laminated as described above has a fine emboss on the surface, so that when the sheet is viewed, the difference between the light interference color tone enhancement part and the attenuation part is expressed. It cannot be said that the optical interference function is effectively expressed. Further, a cosmetic material having a surface containing a pearl pigment or a metal piece in the decorative layer and embossed on the surface has a poor light interference color tone and is hardly said to have a good decorative property.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to have a light interference film as a design layer, laminate a transparent resin layer on the surface thereof, and apply a specific emboss to the layer, thereby solving the above-mentioned problems and light interference color tone on the entire sheet surface. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet that can effectively express the strength and weakness.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventor of the present invention dry laminates a light interference film on a thermoplastic resin, for example, a colored polyvinyl chloride sheet, and further dry laminates a transparent resin layer on the surface of the light interference film, and then has a fine emboss on the convex portion. As a result of intensive studies on the decorative sheet with large pattern embossing, the present invention has been achieved.
[0007]
That is, in the present invention, a light interference film is laminated on a thermoplastic resin sheet via a printed pattern layer, and a transparent resin layer having a large embossing with an embossing depth of 0.2 to 1.5 mm is further laminated on the surface. There is provided a decorative sheet characterized in that only the convex portions of the emboss have fine embosses having a depth and a pitch of 0.2 mm or less.
[0008]
Further, in the above sheet, spacing to the center of the convex portions adjacent the center of the convex portion of the big embossing (c) to provide a decorative sheet is 1 to 100 mm.
[0009]
The “light interference function” in the present invention means that the color tone gradually changes depending on the viewing angle. The “light interference color tone” means an iris color or a pearl color tone that appears depending on a viewing angle, and a glossy tone thereof. The “large embossing” in the present invention means an embossing pattern in which the distance from the center of the convex portion to the center of another nearest convex portion is 0.5 mm or more.
[0010]
Furthermore, the “pattern” in the present invention means a pattern, a geometric figure, a symbol, a character, and the like, and “embossed in synchronization with the printed pattern and / or the pattern of the light interference film” means, for example, a river For abstract flow patterns such as, embosses that show water currents and sparkles of water, and for patterns such as geometric figures and letters, large embosses with the same shape as the above pattern In the same position, embossing the transparent resin layer means emphasizing the pattern and characters.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to preferred embodiments.

Also, when used in areas where wear due to dynamic loads such as walking and casters occurs, especially when used as flooring, floor mats, waist wall materials, and other surface protection materials, wear resistance in forming a transparent resin layer A resin having can be used. When the abrasion-resistant resin is a sheet having a smooth surface, the wear reduction after 1000 rotations using the wear wheel H-22 is 0.2 mm or less in the Taber type wear test in accordance with JIS A1453. Preferably it is 0.1 mm or less. Further, when used in a place where the wear is particularly severe, fine embossing can be applied only to the concave portion to protect the light interference color tone enhancement portion from friction.
[0018]
The embossing to be applied to the transparent resin layer 5 has an emboss depth (b) (FIG. 1) of 0.2 to 1.5 mm, and at least one of the convex portion A or the concave portion B, preferably the convex portion A or the concave portion B. By forming a large pattern emboss (A + B) having a fine emboss 4 'having a shape different from that of the fine emboss 4 and / or 4 having a depth and a pitch of 0.2 mm or less on either one of the convex A and the concave B Depending on the difference in the fine embossing shape or the presence or absence of fine embossing, the intensity of the light interference color appears, and a sheet having a rich decorativeness can be obtained. In other words, when the fine embossing has the same pitch as the light interference color tone, if the depth becomes small, the iris color and the pearl color tone and the gloss thereof decrease. Therefore, by changing the depth of the fine embossing, the fine embossing 4 and 4 The intensity of light interference color can be adjusted. If the depth (b) of the large emboss is less than 0.2 mm, it is insufficient in that the difference in light interference color tone between the convex part A and the concave part B cannot be expressed effectively, while the depth is 1 If it exceeds .5 mm, maintenance such as cleaning becomes difficult to perform, and embossing becomes difficult.
[0019]
As the shape of the large pattern emboss (A + B), an abstract pattern, a geometric figure, a character, or the like can be used, and these shapes can be formed by a heated embossing roll or pressing. For example, when the

[0021]
The decorative sheet of the present invention is desirable because a higher-class feeling is achieved even when a metal piece such as a gold foil or a silver foil, a glossy inorganic filler or a pigment is added to the transparent resin layer to be embossed. In addition, the decorative sheet of the present invention cannot be confirmed from a different viewing angle, for example, from a distance, but when it comes close to the decorative sheet, it is necessary to check characters indicating cautions, warnings, guidance, advertisements, and light interference patterns. Can be able to.
[0022]
The decorative sheet of the present invention can improve the impact resistance by laminating a foam sheet on the back side. Moreover, about a dimension, it can be made into the long sheet | seat shape whose tile shape or width | variety is 500-2500 mm in one side.
