Claims (2)
- 원단에 PU배합액을 함침하고 이를 건조한 후 은면(skin)코팅하여 기자재(base)를 생산하고, 이어서 이 기자재에 무늬내기, 연마, 인쇄 등의 후가공공정으로 제조하는 습식인공피혁 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 원단은 원단밀도가 약 0.35~0.40g/cm3인 부직포이고, 상기 PU배합액은 에스테르와 에테르의 비율을 3:7로 하여 중합한 폴리우레탄 수지와 계면활성제, 안료, 디메틸포름아미드 등을 적정비율로 배합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 습식인공피혁 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 PU배합액이 함침된 원단의 건조 후 수분율(Pick-up)은 30~36%이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식인공피혁 제조방법.
