Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于网布革面料涂层装置,包括浸渍池和凝固池,浸渍池内存放有涂层液,浸渍池和凝固池间设置导向辊组,并在进入凝固池前设置刮刀,用于控制涂层厚度;在浸渍池内对应基布传输方向设置若干浸没在涂层液中的浸渍机构,浸渍机构上部部分与外界连通,且浸渍机构贴合基布设置并朝向基布开口,并在内部产生负压,用于间歇吸入涂层液和空气,并将气液混合物从开口喷向基布。本发明的用于网布革面料涂层装置,通过设置可吸入涂层液和空气的浸渍机构,并协同其内部高速转动的搅拌板,将较高速度的企业混合物从出液槽口中排出,用于冲击基布,由于浸渍液中协同了气体,能够更好的渗透至基布的孔隙内,使得浸渍更为充分。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能型面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于网布革面料涂层装置。
背景技术
纺织品涂层整理剂又称涂层胶,是一种均匀涂布于织物表面的高分子类化合物,它通过粘合作用在织物表面形成一层或多层薄膜,不仅能改善织物的外观和风格,而且能增加织物的功能,使织物具有防水,耐水压,通气透湿,阻燃防污以及遮光反射等特殊功能。
对于以网布作为仿皮革涂层面料,一般采用聚氨酯涂层进行涂覆(干法),而由于网布的多孔特性,一般采用将涂层涂覆在离型纸后再与网布复合,或者采用夹网布的方式涂覆,网布设置在中层,但是这种方式的网布革厚度一般较薄,否则涂层填满网孔,造成面料硬度偏大。
而采用湿法工艺制备,即底布(网布)反复(浸轧)浸渍涂层浆液,并用刮刀刮平后进行凝固浴凝固,并在水洗后烘干,但是由于浸轧挤压,容易使得布面不平整,影响后续刮刀刮除后涂层的厚度,因此需要在保证涂层浆液浸渍充分的前提下,尽量减少浸轧。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种用于网布革面料涂层装置,基于浸渍的湿法合成革工艺,通过在浸渍池内设置气流辅助冲击浸渍机构,在不挤压基布的前提下,产生气液冲击,充分浸渍。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种用于网布革面料涂层装置,包括浸渍池和凝固池,浸渍池内存放有涂层液,浸渍池和凝固池间设置导向辊组,用以将基布导向并浸入至涂层液或凝固液中,并在进入凝固池前设置刮刀,用于控制涂层厚度;
在浸渍池内对应基布传输方向设置若干浸没在涂层液中的浸渍机构,浸渍机构上部部分与外界连通,且浸渍机构贴合基布设置并朝向基布开口,并在内部产生负压,用于间歇吸入涂层液和空气,并将气液混合物从开口喷向基布,以对基布进行冲击、浸渍。
进一步的,浸渍液选用PU树脂含量为9%左右的涂层液,并控制其粘度为800-1200CPS/25℃。
进一步的,凝固池内液体为DMF的水溶液,控制其浓度为15%-25%,温度为20℃,浴洗时间5-15min。
进一步的,浸渍机构包括部分浸没在涂层液中的定辊,定辊上部设置若干槽孔,用于同时保持与涂层液及空气连通,并在定辊中心处转动轴向设置有搅拌板,用于搅动涂层液,使得涂层液能够在定辊内高速运转,促进外部的涂层液及空气流入至定辊内,同时,在定辊底部设置出液槽口,对应出液槽口在定辊内沿径向安设有导流板,以部分遮挡涂层液流动,并对涂层液导流,使得搅拌板带动的涂层液经由导流板从出液槽口导出。
进一步的,在基布下方也贴合设置完全浸没在涂层液中的浸渍机构,该浸渍机构开口也朝向基布。
进一步的,下方的浸渍机构与上方的浸渍机构错位设置,以使得冲击基布时,基布产生振荡,加强浸渍作用。
进一步的,搅拌板转动速率相同,搅拌板方向相反。
进一步的,在搅拌板伸出浸渍池的转轴端侧连接链轮,并通过链条传动连接。
本发明的有益效果:通过设置可吸入涂层液和空气的浸渍机构,并协同其内部高速转动的搅拌板,将较高速度的企业混合物从出液槽口中排出,用于冲击基布,由于浸渍液中协同了气体,能够更好的渗透至基布的孔隙内,使得浸渍更为充分。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1和图2,一种用于网布革面料涂层装置,包括浸渍池1和凝固池2,浸渍池1内存放有涂层液,本实例中,浸渍液选用PU树脂含量为9%左右的涂层液,并控制其粘度为800-1200CPS(25℃),凝固池2为常规湿法凝固池,用以对浸渍涂层液后的基布浸入凝固槽进行凝固浴,凝固池内液体为DMF的水溶液,控制其浓度为15%-25%,温度为20℃,浴洗时间控制在5-15min;浸渍池1和凝固池2间设置导向辊组,用以将基布导向并浸入至涂层液或凝固液中,并在进入凝固池2前设置刮刀4,用于控制涂层厚度;
在浸渍池1内对应基布传输方向设置若干浸没在涂层液中的浸渍机构,浸渍机构上部部分与外界连通,且浸渍机构贴合基布设置并朝向基布开口,并在内部产生负压,用于间歇吸入涂层液和空气,并将气液混合物从开口喷向基布,以对基布进行冲击、浸渍。
本实例中,浸渍机构包括部分浸没在涂层液中的定辊3,定辊3上部设置若干槽孔34,用于同时保持与涂层液及空气连通,并在定辊3中心处转动轴向设置有搅拌板31,用于搅动涂层液,使得涂层液能够在定辊3内高速运转,使得辊体内压强相对外部更小,可促进外部的涂层液及空气流入至定辊3内,同时,在定辊3底部设置出液槽口32,对应出液槽口32在定辊3内沿径向安设有导流板33,以部分遮挡涂层液流动,并对涂层液导流,使得搅拌板31带动的涂层液经由导流板33从出液槽口32导出。
另外,考虑加强浸渍作用,在基布下方也贴合设置完全浸没在涂层液中的浸渍机构,该浸渍机构开口也朝向基布,以向基布喷射涂层液,协同上方的浸渍机构,反向冲击基布,可促进浸渍。
下方的浸渍机构与上方的浸渍机构错位设置,以使得冲击基布时,基布产生振荡,加强浸渍作用。
为保证良好的振荡效果,保持搅拌板31的驱动电机转速相同,搅拌板31方向相反。
具体的,在搅拌板31伸出浸渍池1的转轴端侧连接链轮,并通过链条传动连接。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于网布革面料涂层装置,包括浸渍池和凝固池,浸渍池内存放有涂层液,浸渍池和凝固池间设置导向辊组,用以将基布导向并浸入至涂层液或凝固液中,并在进入凝固池前设置刮刀,用于控制涂层厚度;
其特征在于:在浸渍池内对应基布传输方向设置若干浸没在涂层液中的浸渍机构,浸渍机构上部部分与外界连通,且浸渍机构贴合基布设置并朝向基布开口,并在内部产生负压,用于间歇吸入涂层液和空气,并将气液混合物从开口喷向基布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于网布革面料涂层装置,其特征在于:浸渍液选用PU树脂含量为9%左右的涂层液,并控制其粘度为800-1200CPS/25℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于网布革面料涂层装置,其特征在于:凝固池内液体为DMF的水溶液,控制其浓度为15%-25%,温度为20℃,浴洗时间5-15min。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的用于网布革面料涂层装置,其特征在于:浸渍机构包括部分浸没在涂层液中的定辊,定辊上部设置若干槽孔,用于同时保持与涂层液及空气连通,并在定辊中心处转动轴向设置有搅拌板,用于搅动涂层液,使得涂层液能够在定辊内高速运转,促进外部的涂层液及空气流入至定辊内,同时,在定辊底部设置出液槽口,对应出液槽口在定辊内沿径向安设有导流板,以部分遮挡涂层液流动,并对涂层液导流,使得搅拌板带动的涂层液经由导流板从出液槽口导出。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于网布革面料涂层装置,其特征在于:在基布下方也贴合设置完全浸没在涂层液中的浸渍机构,该浸渍机构开口也朝向基布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于网布革面料涂层装置,其特征在于:下方的浸渍机构与上方的浸渍机构错位设置,以使得冲击基布时,基布产生振荡,加强浸渍作用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于网布革面料涂层装置,其特征在于:搅拌板转动速率相同,搅拌板方向相反。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于网布革面料涂层装置,其特征在于:在搅拌板伸出浸渍池的转轴端侧连接链轮,并通过链条传动连接。
