Claims (9)
- 실리콘 고무(A) 2∼98중량% 와 에틸렌-α-올레핀-폴리엔 무정형 공중합체(B)98∼2중량%로 구성되며, 상기 폴리엔이 하기 일반식[I]또는[II]으로 표시되는 적어도 한 종류의 비닐 말단기를 함유하는 노르보르넨 화합물인 것을 특징으로하는 가황성 고무 조성물.상기 식에서, n은 0∼10의 정수,R1은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼10의 알킬기,R2는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼5의 알킬기이며,상기 식에서, R3는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼10의 알킬기임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 고무(A)는 비닐기를 갖는 실리콘인 것을 특징으로하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 고무(A)는 0.02∼2.0몰%의 비닐기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀-폴리엔 무정형 공중합체(B)는(1) 그의 α-올레핀이 3∼20의 탄소수를 가지며,(2) α-올레핀에 대한 에틸렌의 비가 40/60∼95/5(몰비)이며,(3) 요드가가 0.5∼50이며,(4) 135℃에서 유지되는 데카린 용액중에서 측정한 극한점도[η]가 0.5∼10(dl/g)이며,(5) GPC에 의해 측정한 분자량분포(Mw/Mn)가 3∼50 인 것을 특징으로하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀-폴리엔 무정형 공중합체(B)는(6) 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드 0.01몰을 공중합체 100g에 첨가후 170℃의 온도에서 10분 동안 압축 가황했을 때, 유효망상쇄 밀도(ν)가 1.5×1020∼100×1020(pcs./cm3)이고,(7) 0.4×106(dyn/cm2)의 전단응력에서의 전단속도(γ1)에 대한 100℃의 온도에서 작성한 멜트 플로우 곡선으로부터 구한 2.4×106(dyn/cm2)의 전단응력에서의 전단속도(γ2)의 비(γ2/γ1)와 상기 유효망상쇄 밀도(ν)간의 관계가 하기식[III]을 만족하는 것을 특징으로하는 가황성 고무 조성물.0.04×10-19≤ log(γ2/γ1)/ν ≤ 0.20×10-19.......[III]
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀-폴리엔 무정형 공중합체(B)는 에틸렌-프로필렌-5-메틸렌-2-노르보르넨 랜덤 공중합체 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌-5-비닐-2-노르보르넨 랜덤 공중합체인 것을 특징으로하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 고무(A)와 에틸렌-α-올레핀-폴리엔 무정형 공중합체(B)의 조합 100g에 유기 퍼옥사이드 1×10-3∼5×10-2몰이 첨가되는 것을 특징으로하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기 퍼옥사이드는 반감기가 1분일 때의 온도가 130∼200℃인 것을 특징으로하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기 퍼옥사이드는 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드, 디-t-부틸 퍼옥사이드, 디-t-부틸 퍼옥시-3,3,5-트리메틸클로로헥산, 디-t-부틸 큐밀 퍼옥사이드, 디-t-아밀 퍼옥사이드, 디-t-부틸 히드로퍼옥사이드, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸 퍼옥시)헥신-3, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(벤조일 퍼옥시)헥산, 1,1-비스-t-부틸 퍼옥시-3,3,5-트리메틸 시클로헥산으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
