Abstract

본 고안은 자동차의 벤트 구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 자동차의 루프 후단에 설치되며 자동으로 열거나 닫을 수 있도록 자동차의 루프 후단을 일정범위 만큼 절단하여 형성된 개구부와, 하단에 절연부재가 부착되며 루프상에 회동 가능하도록 결합하는 경첩이 결합된 덮개와, 피스톤과 스프링이 내설되고 일정거리 이격된 위치에 한 쌍의 스토퍼가 내향 돌출된 실린더와, 상기 실린더에 유압을 공급하는 유압펌프가 구비된 벤트를 설치하여 자동차의 실내를 환기 시키기 위해 내부공기를 외부로 간편·용이하게 배출시킬 수 있으며, 동시에 뒷유리에 맺힌 성애를 제거할 수 있는 것이다.

Description

자동차의 벤트 구조
본 고안은 자동차의 벤트 구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 자동차의 루프 후단에 설치되며 자동으로 열거나 닫을 수 있도록 된 자동차의 벤트 구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 자동차에는 실내의 공기를 정화 및 환기 시키기 위한 벤트(vent)가 설치되어 있다.
또한, 계절의 변화에 따라 실내의 온도를 조절하기 위한 히터나 에어컨을 이용하여 찬바람 또는 더운공기를 실내로 공급하기위한 수단으로 벤트를 사용하여 공급하게 된다.
한편, 상기와 같은 벤트는 공기를 공급하여 실내를 환기 시키거나 정화시킬뿐 외부로 실내의 공기를 배출하기 위해서는 도어상에 설치되어 실내를 외부로부터 차폐하는 윈도우 글래스(window glass)를 이용하게 된다.
이와 같이 실내의 공기를 배출하기 위해서 윈도우 글래스를 이용하게 되면, 주행중에는 가속에 의해 공기의 저항을 받게 되어 외부의 공기가 역으로 유입되거나 동절기에는 찬바람이 유입되어 실내 온도를 결감시키게 되는 문제가 발생하게 되었다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 그 목적은 자동차의 실내공기를 주행중에도 역류하지 되지 않게 배출 시킬 수 있으며, 또한 뒷유리에 발생되는 성애를 용이하게 제거 할 수 있도록 된 새로운 형태의 자동차의 벤트 구조를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안은 자동차의 루프 후단을 일정범위 만큼 절단하여 형성된 개구부와, 하단에 절연부재가 부착되며 루프상에 회동 가능하도록 결합하는 경첩이 결합된 덮개와, 피스톤과 스프링이 내설되고 일정거리 이격된 위치에 한 쌍의 스토퍼가 내향 돌출된 실린더와, 상기 실린더에 유압을 공급하는 유압펌프가 구비된 특징을 갖는다.

이하, 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의해 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안에 따른 벤트(1)는 자동차의 루프(2) 후단을 일정범위 만큼 절단하여 형성된 개구부(4)와, 하단에 절연부재(6)가 부착되며 루프(2)상에 회동 가능하도록 결합하는 경첩(8)이 결합된 덮개(10)와, 피스톤(12)과 스프링(14)이 내설되고 내면상에 일정거리 이격되도록 한 쌍의 스토퍼(16)가 내향 돌출된 실린더(18)와, 상기 실린더(18)에 유압을 공급하는 유압펌프(20)가 구비된 것을 나타내는 것이다.
도 2는 본 고안에 따른 자동차의 벤트 구조를 나타내는 요부 확대 단면도로서, 덮개(10)의 내면상에 실린더(18)의 피스톤(12)이 결합되고 상기 덮개(10)의 절연부재(6)는 뒷유리(24)의 상단 일부분을 감싸며 밀착된 것을 나타내는 것이다.
이때, 덮개(10)는 경첩(8)에 의해 루프(2)에 결합되고, 실린더(18)는 유압펌프(20)로부터 유압이 공급되어지도록 호스(26)로 연결되며, 상기 유압펌프(20)는 스위치(22)와 전기적으로 연결된다.
이와 같은 본 고안의 사용상태를 설명하면, 다음과 같다.
도 1및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 자동차의 루프(2) 후단에 회동 가능하도록 경첩(8)이 결합된 덮개(10)를 유압에 의해 구동되는 실린더(18)와 전기적으로 연결되도록 설치한 상태에서. 사용자가 자동차의 실내공기를 외부로 배출시켜 내부를 환기시키려면, 먼저, 스위치(22)를 눌러 'on'시킨다.
이상태에서 , 스위치(22)와 전기적으로 연결된 유압펌프(20)가 작동하게 되어 실린더(18)에 일정한 압력을 갖는 유압을 공급하게 되면, 피스톤(12)이 전방으로 밀리게 되며, 이에 탄설된 스프링(14)은 일정한 탄발력을 가지며 압축된 상태를 유지하게 된다.
따라서, 피스톤(12)이 전진하게 되면서, 끝단에 결합된 덮개(10)를 밀게되어 벤트(1)가 개발되어 실내의 공기가 외부로 배출되게 되는데, 이때, 실내의 공기가 외부로 배출되면서 뒷유리(24)에 맺힌 성애를 제거하게 되는 것이다.
이상태에서, 덮개(10)를 닫고자 할 때에는 스위치(22)를 한번 더 누르게 되면, 스위치(22)가 'off'되어 유압펌프(20)의 작동을 멈추게 하므로 실린더(18)의 내부 압력이 하강하게 되며, 이에 따라 피스톤(12)이 스프링(14)의 탄발력에 의해 원위치로 복귀하게 되어 상기 덮개(10)를 위에서와는 반대방향으로 회동시켜 벤트(1)를 폐쇄하여 내부 공기의 방출을 차단하게 되는 것이다.
이때, 벤트(1)의 덮개(10) 외주연상에는 밀폐를 위한 절연 부재(6)가 부착되어 있으므로 실내가 완전 차폐된다.
이와 같은 본 고안을 적용하면, 자동차의 실내를 환기 시키기 위해 내부공기를 외부로 간편·용이하게 배출시킬 수 있으며, 동시에 뒷유리에 맺힌 성애를 제거할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 자동차의 루프(2) 후단을 절단하여 형성한 개구부(4)와;
    하단에 절연부재(6)가 부착되며 루프(2)상에 회동 가능하도록 결합하는 경첩(8)이 결합된 덮개(10)와;
    피스톤(12)과 스프링(14)이 내설되고 내면상에는 한 쌍의 스토퍼(16)가 내향 돌출된 실린더(18)와;
    상기 실린더(18)에 유압을 공급하는 유압펌프(20)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 벤트 구조.
