Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 조명등의 내부에 설치되는 리플레터를 제거하여 구조를 단순화시킨 자동차 조명등의 구조에 관한 것으로, 이를 위하여, 본 발명은, 조명등은 공기 그룻형상의 하우징과 하우징의 내부 중심부에 설치되어 빛을 발생시키는 전구와, 하우징내부에서 전구를 둘레에 설치되어 전구로부터 발생된 빛을 전방부로 반사시키는 리플렉터와, 하우징의 전방부에 설치되어 내부의 전구를 보호하며, 리플렉터로부터 반사된 빛을 넓게 확산시키는 렌즈부를 포함하는 자동차 조명등의 구조에 있어서, 전구가 설치되는 하우징의 내부면에 알루미늄을 직접 증착시키므로써, 기존의 리플렉터를 대신하는 반사부를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 조명등의 구조를 제공한다.

Description

자동차 조명등의 구조
본 발명은 자동차에 설치된 조명장치로서의 조명등 구조에 관한 것으로,보다 상세하게는 조명등의 내부에 설치되는 리플레터를 제거하여 구조를 단순화시킨 자동차 조명등의 구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 자동차의 등화장치는 그 기능 면에서 2가지로 구분할 수 있으며, 그 첫번째로는 야간의 대상 물체에 대한 선명한 육안실별을 목적으로 하는 조명기능과, 다음으로 다른 차나 기타 도로 이용자에게 자기 차의 주행상태를 알리는 것을 목적으로 하는 신호 기능이 그것이다.
이에 따라, 전조등이나 안개등은 조명을 목적으로 한 것이고, 방향지시등, 후미등, 제동등 따위는 신호를 목적으로 한 것이다.
상기 등화장치 중 일반적인 리어 콤비네이션 램프는 차선 변경시나 좌, 우회전시 진행방향을 표시하기 위한 방향 지시등과, 자동차의 후진시 뒤쪽의 장애물을 확인하고 또 후방에 대해 차가 후진하는 것을 알리기 위한 후진등과, 야간에 주행하거나 정지하고 있을 때 차의 존재를 뒤차에 알리는 등으로서 제동등과 겸용으로 된 적색의 후미등을 포함하고, 또한, 자동차의 전방에 위치되는 프론트 콤비네이션 램프는 야간 운전시에 운전자의 시야를 확보하도록 전방을 조명하는 헤드 램프와 전방및 측방의 차량에게 앞으로 진행할 방향을 사전에 알려주는 방향 지시등으로 이루어 진다.
한편, 자동차에 사용되는 일반적이 조명등의 내부구조가 도 1에 도시되어 있으며, 도시된 바와 같이, 조명등(1)은 공기 그룻형상의 하우징(2)과, 하우징(2)의 내부 중심부에 설치되어 빛을 발생시키는 전구(3)와, 하우징(2)내부에서 전구(3)를 둘레에 설치되어 전구(3)로부터 발생된 빛을 전방부로 반사시키는 리플렉터(4)와, 하우징(2)의 전방부에 설치되어 내부의 전구(3)를 보호하며, 리플렉터(4)로부터 반사된 빛을 넓게 확산시키는 렌즈부(5)로 구성되어 있다.
그런데, 이러한 종래의 조명등(1)의 구조에 있어서, 전구(3)의 둘레에 설치되는 리플렉터(4)는 빛을 전방부로 반사시키시 위해 내부에 알루미늄이 증착된 별도의 부품으로서, 모든 조명등에서 반드시 필요로 하는 것이지만, 최근 기술의 발달과 더불어 이러한 조명등의 크기가 점차 작아지게 되므로써, 상술된 별도의 리플렉터(4)를 설치하기 위한 공간이 점차 줄어들게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 발명은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 이러한 종래의 조명등의 구조를 개선하여 리플렉터를 사용하지 않고도 원래의 성능을 유지시킬 수 있도록 하므로써, 비용을 절감시키고, 또한 조명등의 설계 자유도를 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은, 조명등은 공기 그룻형상의 하우징과, 하우징의 내부 중심부에 설치되어 빛을 발생시키는 전구와, 하우징내부에서 전구를 둘레에 설치되어 전구로부터 발생된 빛을 전방부로 반사시키는 리플렉터와, 하우징의 전방부에 설치되어 내부의 전구를 보호하며, 리플렉터로부터 반사된 빛을 넓게 확산시키는 렌즈부를 포함하는 자동차 조명등의 구조에 있어서, 전구가 설치되는 하우징의 내부면에 알루미늄을 직접 증착시키므로써, 기존의 리플렉터를 대신하는 반사부를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 조명등의 구조를 제공한다.
[실시예]
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 양호한 실시예를 보다 상세하게 설명하며, 본 실시예에서는 종래 기술에서 인용된 부분과 동일한 부분에 대해서는 동일 부호를 부여하고 있으며, 설명의 중복을 피하기 위해 재차 설명하지 않는다.
먼저, 도 2에는 본 발명에 따른 조명등(1)의 구조가 도시되어 있으며, 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안에 의한 조명등(1)에 의하면, 전구(3)가 설치되는 하우징(2)의 내부에 기존의 리플렉터(4)를 대신하여 전구(3)로부터 발생된 빛을 반사시키기 위한 반사부(3)를 제공하게 된다.
이를 위해, 전구(3)가 설치되는 하우징(2)의 내면부상에 직접 알루미늄을 증착시키므로써, 상술된 반사부(3)를 제공하게 된다.
이상 상술된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 조명등의 구조에 의하면, 기존의 리플렉터를 대신하여 전구가 설치되는 하우징의 내면상에 알루미늄이 직접 증착된 반사부를 제공하므로써, 리플렉터를 사용하지 않게 되며, 이에 따라, 조명등의 제조 비용이 절감되고, 또한, 조명등의 설계 자유도가 증가되는 효과가 있다.
한편, 본 발명은 상술된 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 특허청구의 범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능할 것이다.

  1. 조명등은 공기 그룻형상의 하우징과, 하우징의 내부 중심부에 설치되어 빛을 발생시키는 전구와, 하우징내부에서 전구를 둘레에 설치되어 전구로부터 발생된 빛을 전방부로 반사시키는 리플렉터와, 하우징의 전방부에 설치되어 내부의 전구를 보호하며, 리플렉터로부터 반사된 빛을 넓게 확산시키는 렌즈부를 포함하는 자동차 조명등의 구조에 있어서, 전구가 설치되는 하우징의 내부면에 알루미늄을 직접 증착시키므로써, 기존의 리플렉터를 대신하는 반사부를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 조명등의 구조.
