Abstract

본 고안은 야간 운전시 운전자의 전방 시야를 확보해 주기 위한 전조등의 구조에 관한 것으로, 전조등의 하우징 내부에 제공되는 리플렉터(2)의 단부를 전조등을 보호하기 위한 렌즈부의 바로 후방부까지 연장시키므로써 리플렉터의 단부가 베셀의 기능을 하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전조등 구조를 제공한다.

Description

자동차의 전조등 구조
본 고안은 자동차의 야간 운전시에 운전자의 전방 시야를 확보하기 위한 전조등에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 자동차의 램프는 야간의 조명을 위한 전조등과 차량의 이동 방향을 다른 차량에게 알려주는 방향 지시등 및 차량의 제동 상태를 후방 차량에 알려주기 위한 제동등으로 구성된다.
그런데, 이러한 종래의 차량 램프중 전조등은 내부에 전구로부터의 빛을 정면으로 모아주는 리플렉터가 설치되고, 이러한 리플렉터의 전방부에는 빛의 방향을 일정하게 유지시키기 위한 베셀부가 별도로 제공되므로써 부품의 수가 증가되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 이러한 전조등의 구조를 개선하여 베셀부를 제거하므로써 부품의 수를 감소시키는 것을 목적으로 한다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안은, 야간 운전시 운전자의 전방 시야를 확보해 주기 위한 전조등의 구조로서, 전조등의 하우징 내부에 제공되는 리플렉터(2)의 단부를 전조등을 보호하기 위한 렌즈부의 바로 후방부까지 연장시키므로써 리플렉터의 단부가 베셀의 기능을 하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 전조등 구조를 제공한다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 양호한 실시예를 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안에 따른 자동차의 전조등 구조를 나타내는 단면도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안에 따르면, 전조등의 하우징 내부에 제공되는 리플렉터(2)의 단부를 전조등을 보호하기 위한 렌즈부의 바로 후방부까지 연장시키므로써 리플렉터의 단부가 베셀의 기능을 하도록 한다.
이상 상술된 바와 같이, 본 고안에 따른 전조등의 구조에 의하면, 기존에 사용하면 베셀을 대신하여 리플렉터의 단부를 연장시켜 사용하므로써 부품의 수가 감소되는 효과가 있다.
