Claims (2)
- 강판의 폭방향으로 적정간격 떨어지도록 연속하여 설치된 분사노즐에 의하여 고압의 공기를 강판의 표면으로 반사하여 그 표면의 압연유를 제거하도록 된 공기분사방법에 있어서,강판의 진행중심선을 기준으로 하여 강판의 폭방향으로 동일한 위치에 있게 되는 분사노즐은 동일한 배관에 의하여 솔레노이드밸브를 매개로 주공기공급배관에 연결되고, 제어부에서의 강판 폭정보에 따라 중앙부로부터 폭방향으로 일정거리내에 있게 되는 노즐에 연결된 솔레노이드밸브만을 개방함으로서 강판에 고압의 공기를 분사함을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판의 압연유 제거용 공기분사방법.
- 강판의 폭방향으로 적정간격 떨어지도록 연속하여 설치된 분사노즐에 의하여 고압의 공기를 강판의 표면으로 분사하여 그 표면의 압연유를 제거하도록 된 공기분사장치에 있어서,강판의 진행중심선을 기준으로 하여 강판의 폭방향으로 동일한 위치에 있게 되는 분사노즐(10-5)(10-6)(10-7), (10-4)(10-8), (10-3)(10-9), (10-2)(10-10) 및, (10-1)(10-11)은 다수개로 된 배관(60)에 각각 함께 연결되고, 상기 배관(60)의 각각에는 별개의 신호에 의하여 동작하도록 된 솔레노이드밸브(70-1), (70-2), (70-3), (70-4), (70-5)를 매개로 주공기공급배관(80)에 연결되며, 상기 솔레노이드밸브의 각각의 강판 폭정보에 따라 중앙부로부터 폭방향으로 일정거리내에 있게 되는 노즐에 연결된 솔레노이드밸브만을 개방하도록 된 제어부에 연결되어 그 제어를 받도록 함을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판의 압연유 제거용 공기분사장치.
