본 고안은 자동차의 리어헤더 보강구조에 관한 것으로, 백도어가 설치되어 있는 자동차의 상부에 루프판넬이 형성되고, 이 루프판넬의 내측으로 리어헤더가 용접되어 폐단면을 이루며 상기 루프판넬의 단부에 위치하도록 백도어가 설치된 종래의 리어헤더 구조는 자동차의 충돌시에는 그 충격력을 흡수하지 못하여 승객을 보호할 수 없었던 바, 문제점이 있었던 바, 본 고안은 상기 리어헤더의 내측으로 보강판넬을 용접하여 두개의 폐단면을 이루도록 함으로서 강성을 높여 충돌시에 승객의 안전을 도모하여 안전성을 확보함과 아울러, 신뢰성을 얻을 수 있도록 된 것이다.The present invention relates to a rear header reinforcement structure of a vehicle, wherein a roof panel is formed on an upper part of a vehicle in which a back door is installed, and the rear header is welded to the inside of the roof panel to form a closed cross section and located at an end of the roof panel.
