Abstract

본 고안은 자동차 전조등에 관한 것으로, 전원(B+)과 연결된 후진등(10) 전원라인에 후진변속을 감지하는 백업스위치(20)를 설치하고, 상기 백업스위치(20) 후단에는 전조등(30) 전원라인을 단속하는 릴레이(40)가 설치되는 구성으로 되어 차량이 통상적으로 전방으로 진행할 경우에는 릴레이(40)가 도시된 도면과 같이 노말크로스단자에 접속되어 전조등(30)에 전원이 인가되게 함으로써 전방을 밝히게 되고, 주차나 다른 목적으로 차량을 후진시킬 경우에는 백업스위치(20)가 접속되어 통전되면서 후진등(10)을 점등시킴과 동시에 릴레이(40)를 구동시키게 되며, 이때 상기 릴레이(40)의 스위치단자는 노말크로스단자에서 노말오픈단자로 접속되어 전기적으로 단락되어 전조등(30)을 단락시킴으로써 전방차량 운전자의 시야를 방해하지 않게 된다.

Description

차량 후진시 전조등 소등장치
본 고안은 자동차 전조등에 관한 것으로, 특히 후진시 전조등이 소등되게 하여 전방차량 운전자의 시야를 방해하지 않도록 하는 차량 후진시 전조등 소등장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차 전조등은 해향 차량의 운전자를 현혹되지 않게 빔을 상하로 절환하도록 되어 있다. 안전기준에는 주행빔일 때 전방 100m, 감광 또는 변환빔일 때는 40m 전방의 장애물을 식별할 수 있는 밝기의 라이트 장비를 필요로 한다. 등화의 색깔은 백색 또는 황색으로 규정되어 있다.
상기한 전조등은 스티어링휠 좌측에 구비되고 방향지시등을 조작하는 다기능 스위치를 통해 제어되며 점등된 상태에서는 변속단에 관계없이 항상 일정한 광도의 빔을 전방에 조사하게 된다.
그러나 전조등의 등화목적은 차량이 진행하고자 하는 방향을 조사하기 위한 것으로 차량을 주차하기 위해 후진할 경우 또는 다른 목적으로 후진할 경우 전조등의 등화는 대향차량 운전자의 시야를 흐리게 하여 운전을 방해할 우려가 있는 것이다.
본 고안은 이러한 점을 감안하여 안출된 것으로, 특히 전조등이 점등된 상태에서 후진할 경우 자동으로 소등되게 하여 대향차량 운전자의 전방시야가 확보될 수 있도록 하는 차량 후진시 전조등 소등장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 차량의 후진등 전원라인에 설치되어 후진변속을 감지하는 백업스위치와, 전조등 전원라인에 상기 백업스위치와 연동하는 릴레이를 설치하여 후진시 전조등이 소등되게 함을 특징으로 한다.
이러한 구성에 의하면, 본 고안은 차량을 후진할 경우 백업스위치가 접속되어 후진등을 점등시킴과 동시에 전조등 전원라인에 설치된 릴레이를 구동시켜 전조등에 인가되는 전원을 차단시키게 된다.

이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 통해 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 은 본 고안에 따른 상세회로도로서, 이는 전원(B+)과 연결된 후진등(10) 전원라인에 후진변속을 감지하는 백업스위치(20)를 설치하고, 상기 백업스위치(20) 후단에는 전조등(30) 전원라인을 단속하는 릴레이(40)가 설치되는 구성으로 되어 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 차량이 통상적으로 전방으로 진행할 경우에는 릴레이(40)가 도시된 도면과 같이 노말크로스단자에 접속되어 전조등(30)에 전원이 인가되게 함으로써 전방을 밝히게 된다.
그러나 주차나 다른 목적으로 차량을 후진시킬 경우에는 백업스위치(20)가 접속되어 통전되면서 후진등(10)을 점등시킴과 동시에 릴레이(40)를 구동시키게 되며, 이때 상기 릴레이(40)의 스위치단자는 노말크로스단자에서 노말오픈단자로 접속되어 전기적으로 단락되어 전조등(30)을 단락시킴으로써 전방차량 운전자의 시야를 방해하지 않게 된다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안은 차량이 전진할 경우에는 전조등이 점등되고 후진할 경우에는 전조등이 소등되게 회로를 구성함으로써 후진시 전방차량 운전자의 시야가 확보되어 안전운전을 할 수 있게 된다.
