Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 급제동시 운전자가 별도의 경고등 스위치를 눌러서 경고등을 점등시키는 것을 배제하고, 브레이크 페달의 압력만으로 경고등을 점등 시킬 수 있도록 하여 긴급상황시 신속한 경고등의 점등으로 후방 차량과의 충돌 사고를 방지할 수 있도록 한 급 제동시 브레이크의 공기압을 이용한 비상경고등 점등 스위치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 차량의 운전석 하부에 설치되는 브레이크 실린더(10)의 일측에 에어홀(11)을 형성하고, 브레이크 페달(12)과 로드(13)로 연결되는 피스톤(14)을 설치하며, 실린더(10)의 내부에 비상경고등 점등 수단(15)을 설치하되, 실린더(10)의 내벽에 주름관(16)을 고정 설치하고, 주름관(16)의 전면에 가동 접점(17)을 설치하며, 실린더(10)의 하부면에 상기 가동 접점(17)과 대응하는 고정접점(18)을 설치하여 구성한다.

Description

급 제동시 브레이크의 공기압을 이용한 비상경고등 점등 장치
본 발명은 차량의 비상 경고등 점등 스위치에 관한 것으로, 특히 차량의 급제동시 운전자가 별도의 경고등 스위치를 눌러서 경고등을 점등시키지 않아도 브레이크 페달의 압력만으로 경고등을 점등시킬 수 있도록 하여 긴급상황시 신속한 경고등의 점등으로 후방 차량과의 충돌사고를 방지할 수 있도록 한 급 제동시 브레이크의 공기압을 이용한 비상경고등 점등 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 현재 생산되는 차량들은 차량의 주행중 돌발 사태가 발생했을 때 후방의 차량에게 위험신호를 보낼 수 있도록 계기판에 비상경고등 점등 스위치를 설치하여 운전자가 급브레이크를 밟으면서 손으로 직접 비상 경고등 점등 스위치를 ON 시켜 비상경고등을 점등시키므로, 후방의 차량에게 전방의 위험을 알려 사고의 위험을 방지하였다.
그러나, 상기한 종래의 비상경고등 점등 스위치는 차량의 계기판에 설치되어 있으므로, 차량의 주행중 돌발 사태가 발생하여 운전자가 급브레이크를 밟으면서 스위치를 손으로 직접 작동시켜야 하므로, 긴급 상황시 스위치를 작동시키기까지의 시간이 걸려 후방 차량에게 위험을 알리는 시간이 늦어 사고를 막지 못하는 문제가 있으며, 스위치를 작동하기 위해 운전자가 몸을 앞으로 숙여야 하므로 번거럽고, 아울러 실내의 전방과 부딛칠수 있으므로, 충돌 사고의 발생시 운전자의 흉부 및 두부에 부상을 당할 수 있는 문제가 있었다.
따라서, 본 발명은 상기한 종래의 문제점을 해결 하기 위하여 창안한 것으로, 차량의 주행 돌발 상황이 발생했을 때 운전자가 브레이크를 밟는 압력에 의해 비상 경고등이 점등될 수 있도록 하여 비상경고등의 점등 시간을 단축하므로 사고의 발생률을 줄이며, 스위치를 작동하기 위하여 몸을 앞으로 숙일 필요가 없으므로 충돌사고시 운전자가 실내 전방에 부딪쳐 부상을 당하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하여 돌발상황시 사고의 발생을 최소화하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은 운전석의 하부에 설치되는 브레이크 실린더의 일 측에 에어 홀을 형성하고, 브레이크 실린더의 내부에 직선 왕복 운동이 가능하고 브레이크 페달과 로드로 연결되는 피스톤을 설치하며, 상기 브레이크 페달을 급격히 작동하였을때 피스톤의 전진하는 압력에 의해 작동되는 비상경고등 점등 수단으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

이하 첨부된 도면에 의해 본 발명을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 에서 나타낸 바와 같이, 차량의 운전석 하부에 설치되고 일측하부에 에어홀(11)을 형성한 브레이크 실린더(10)와, 브레이크 실린더(10)의 내부에 설치되어 브레이크 페달(12)과 로드(13)로 연결되는 피스톤(14)과, 상기 피스톤(14)의 전방에 설치되어 전면에 가동접점(17)을 부착한 주름관(16)과 실린더(10)의 하부면에 설치되어 주름관(16)의 팽창시 접속되는 고정 접점(18)으로 구성된 비상경고등 점등수단(15)으로 구성한다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 작용 및 효과를 보면 다음과 같다.
차량의 주행중 돌발 상황이 발생하여 운전자가 브레이크 페달(12)을 밟으면 브레이크 페달(12)을 밟는 속도가 급격하므로, 피스톤(14)의 하강 속도가 빨라져 실린더(10) 내부에 강한 압력을 발생시키며, 이 압력에 의해 피스톤 (14)의 하부에 설치된 주름관(16)을 팽창시키므로, 주름관(16)하부에 부착된 가동 접점(17)이 고정 접점(18)과 접속되어 비상 경고등을 점등시키게 되는데 이때, 일정한 시간이 흐르면 에어홀(11)을 통하여 에어가 서서히 빠지게 되므로, 주름관(16)이 원래의 상태로 복귀되는 것이다.
또한, 일반적인 브레이크 페달(12)의 작동일 경우에는 피스톤(14)이 서서히 하강 하므로, 에어홀(11)을 통하여 에어가 빠지면서 하강하기 때문에 주름관(16)이 작동되지 않아 비상 경고등이 점등되지 않는 것이다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 본 발명은 브레이크 페달의 작동만으로 점등되는 비상 경고등 점등 스위치를 제공하여 긴급상황시 브레이크 페달의 압력만으로 경고등을 점등 시킬 수 있도록 하여 신속한 경고등의 점등으로 후방 차량과의 충돌사고를 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 차량의 운전석 하부에 설치되고 일측하부에 에어홀을 형성한 브레이크 실린더와, 브레이크 실린더의 내부에 설치되어 브레이크 페달과 로드로 연결되는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤의 전방에 설치되어 전면에 가동접점을 부착한 주름관과, 싱린더의 하부면에 설치되어 주름관의 팽창시 접속되는 고정 접점으로 구성한 것을 특징을 하는 급 제동시 브레이크의 공기압을 이용한 비상경고등 점등 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주름관은 급 제동시 피스톤의 압력에 의해 하측으로 팽창하여 상기 가동접점이 고정접점에 접속 되도록 하고, 상기 에어홀은 일반적인 브레이크 작동시 피스톤에 의해발생되는 약한 압력이 빠져나갈 수 있도록 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 급 제동시 브레이크의 공기압을 이용한 비상경고등 점등 장치.
