Abstract
Description
도 2 는, 실시예 1 ∼ 3 및 비교예 1 ∼ 4 에서 얻은 블록 공중합체의 tanδ 의 온도 특성 피크를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3 은, 실시예 1 ∼ 3 및 비교예 1 ∼ 4 에서 얻은 블록 공중합체의 손실 탄성률 G'' 의 온도 특성을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4 는, 비구속형에서의 손실 계수와 손실 탄성률 G'' 의 상관 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다. 도 4(A) 가, 20 ℃ 에 있어서의 비구속형에서의 손실 계수와 10 ℃ 에 있어서의 손실 탄성률 G'' 의 상관 관계를 나타내고, 도 4(B) 가, 40 ℃ 에 있어서의 비구속형에서의 손실 계수와 30 ℃ 에 있어서의 손실 탄성률 G'' 의 상관 관계를 나타낸다.

Claims (16)
- 방향족 비닐 화합물에서 유래하는 구조 단위를 70 몰% 초과 함유하는 중합체 블록 (A) 와, 공액 디엔 화합물에서 유래하는 구조 단위를 30 몰% 이상 함유하는 중합체 블록 (B) 를 갖는 블록 공중합체로서,
상기 공액 디엔 화합물은 20 질량% 이상의 이소프렌을 함유하고,
또한 하기 조건을 충족하는, 블록 공중합체.
조건 (1) : 상기 블록 공중합체에 있어서의 중합체 블록 (A) 의 함유량이 1 ∼ 70 질량% 이다.
조건 (2) : JIS K7244-10 (2005년) 에 준거하여, 변형량 0.1 %, 주파수 1 ㎐, 측정 온도 ―70 ∼ 100 ℃, 승온 속도 3 ℃/분의 조건으로 측정한 tanδ 가 1.0 이상이 되는 일련의 온도 영역의 최대폭이 16 ℃ 미만이다.
조건 (3) : 상기 조건 (2) 의 tanδ 의 피크 위치에서의 온도가 0 ℃ ∼ +50 ℃ 이다.
조건 (4) : 펄스 NMR 장치를 사용하여 측정한, 완화 시간 x 에 대한 완화 강도 y 로 나타내는 완화 곡선에 대하여, 하기 식 [I] 의 피팅을 실시하여 결정한 계수 A1 ∼ A3 및 각 성분의 스핀-스핀 완화 시간 τ1 ∼ τ3 을 사용하여 하기 식 [II] 로 구해지는, 상기 중합체 블록 (B) 의 운동성을 나타내는 운동성 파라미터 M 이 0.01 ∼ 0.25 초이다.

M = (τ2 * A2 + τ3 * A3) / (A2 + A3) [II] - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 블록 공중합체는 수소 첨가물이고, 상기 중합체 블록 (B) 의 수소 첨가율이 60 몰% 이상인, 블록 공중합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공액 디엔 화합물에서 유래하는 구조 단위 중, 1,2-결합 단위의 함유량 및 3,4-결합 단위의 함유량의 합계가 60 몰% 이상인, 블록 공중합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 공액 디엔 화합물이 40 질량% 이상의 이소프렌을 함유하는, 블록 공중합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중합체 블록 (B) 가 방향족 비닐 화합물에서 유래하는 구조 단위를 포함하지 않는, 블록 공중합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 블록 공중합체에 있어서의 중합체 블록 (A) 의 함유량이 15 ∼ 65 질량% 인, 블록 공중합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
JIS K7244-10 (2005년) 에 준거하여, 변형량 0.1 %, 주파수 1 ㎐, 측정 온도 ―70 ∼ 100 ℃, 승온 속도 3 ℃/분의 조건으로 측정한 10 ℃ 또는 30 ℃ 의 손실 탄성률 G'' 가 7.0 × 106 ㎩ 이상인, 블록 공중합체. - (L) 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체와, (M) 폴리올레핀계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합 고무, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리카보네이트, 및, 폴리아미드 중 어느 1 종 이상을 함유하는 수지 조성물로서,
상기 (L) 성분 및 상기 (M) 성분의 함유 비율 [(L)/(M)] 이, 질량비로 1/99 ∼ 99/1 인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체; 또는
(L) 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체와, (M) 폴리올레핀계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합 고무, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리카보네이트, 및, 폴리아미드 중 어느 1 종 이상을 함유하는 수지 조성물로서, 상기 (L) 성분 및 상기 (M) 성분의 함유 비율 [(L)/(M)] 이, 질량비로 1/99 ∼ 99/1 인 수지 조성물
을 성형하여 이루어지는 성형체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체; 또는
(L) 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체와, (M) 폴리올레핀계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합 고무, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리카보네이트, 및, 폴리아미드 중 어느 1 종 이상을 함유하는 수지 조성물로서, 상기 (L) 성분 및 상기 (M) 성분의 함유 비율 [(L)/(M)] 이, 질량비로 1/99 ∼ 99/1 인 수지 조성물
을 함유하여 이루어지는 제진재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체; 또는
(L) 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체와, (M) 폴리올레핀계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합 고무, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리카보네이트, 및, 폴리아미드 중 어느 1 종 이상을 함유하는 수지 조성물로서, 상기 (L) 성분 및 상기 (M) 성분의 함유 비율 [(L)/(M)] 이, 질량비로 1/99 ∼ 99/1 인 수지 조성물
을 함유하여 이루어지는 차음재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체; 또는
(L) 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체와, (M) 폴리올레핀계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합 고무, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리카보네이트, 및, 폴리아미드 중 어느 1 종 이상을 함유하는 수지 조성물로서, 상기 (L) 성분 및 상기 (M) 성분의 함유 비율 [(L)/(M)] 이, 질량비로 1/99 ∼ 99/1 인 수지 조성물
을 함유하여 이루어지는 구두창 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체; 또는
(L) 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체와, (M) 폴리올레핀계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합 고무, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리카보네이트, 및, 폴리아미드 중 어느 1 종 이상을 함유하는 수지 조성물로서, 상기 (L) 성분 및 상기 (M) 성분의 함유 비율 [(L)/(M)] 이, 질량비로 1/99 ∼ 99/1 인 수지 조성물
을 함유하여 이루어지는 플로어재. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체; 또는
(L) 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체와, (M) 폴리올레핀계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합 고무, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리카보네이트, 및, 폴리아미드 중 어느 1 종 이상을 함유하는 수지 조성물로서, 상기 (L) 성분 및 상기 (M) 성분의 함유 비율 [(L)/(M)] 이, 질량비로 1/99 ∼ 99/1 인 수지 조성물
을 함유하여 이루어지는 접착제. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체; 또는

그 X 층의 일방의 면에 적층된 Y 층을 갖는 적층체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체; 또는
(L) 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체와, (M) 폴리올레핀계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 공중합 고무, 폴리우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리카보네이트, 및, 폴리아미드 중 어느 1 종 이상을 함유하는 수지 조성물로서, 상기 (L) 성분 및 상기 (M) 성분의 함유 비율 [(L)/(M)] 이, 질량비로 1/99 ∼ 99/1 인 수지 조성물
