Abstract
본 발명은 백삼근 추출물, 홍삼근 추출물 및 인삼열매 추출물을 포함하는 난용성 물질의 수용성 증가용 조성물; 상기 조성물을 포함하는 수용성이 증가된 난용성 물질; 상기 난용성 물질을 포함하는 화장료 조성물, 식품 조성물, 약학 조성물, 및 의약외품 조성물; 및 상기 백삼근 추출물, 홍삼근 추출물 및 인삼열매 추출물을 이용한 난용성 물질의 수용성 증가 방법 및 수용성이 증가된 난용성 물질의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

실시예 1. 난용성 화합물의 수용성 증진Example 1. Enhancement of water solubility of poorly soluble compounds
난용성 물질의 수용성을 증가시키기 위하여, 백삼근 추출물, 홍삼근 추출물, 인삼열매 추출물을 이용하였다. 난용성 물질의 예시로서 커큐미노이드계 화합물, 구체적으로 커큐민을 사용하였다. 상기 추출물은 농축액의 형태로 공급되어 이용하였고, 농축액은 각각 주식회사 고려원인삼 또는 주식회사 신우코퍼레이션에서 공급받아 사용하였다.To increase the water solubility of poorly soluble substances, white ginseng root extract, red ginseng root extract, and ginseng fruit extract were used. 상기 혼합물에 마이크로웨이브(1,500 ~ 13,000W)를 10 ~ 20분간 처리하였고, 상기 혼합 및 마이크로웨이브의 처리는 모두 80 내지 100℃에서 수행하였다. 상기 혼합물에 대하여 마이크로웨이브를 처리함으로써, 기존의 추출방법에서 사용되는 용매(주정)를 사용 하지 않고 추출물을 제조할 수 있으며, 추출물의 제조에 있어서 소요되는 시간을 단축할 수 있으며, 추출공정이 축소 됨으로써 효율이 증대된다. 또한, 커큐민의 수용화에 있어서 마이크로웨이브를 이용할 경우, 수용화 효율을 높일 수 있다. 마지막으로, 수용화된 커큐민의 양을 HPLC를 이용하여 정량 하였고, 그 결과를 하기 표 1, 및 도 1 내지 4에 나타내었다.The mixture was treated with a microwave (1,500 to 13,000 W) for 10 to 20 minutes, and both mixing and microwave treatment were performed at 80 to 100°C.
