Abstract

본 발명은 한 번에 여러 가지 색의 도료를 도포할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 다색로울러에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 다색로울러는 도료가 저장된 복수개의 저장탱크(30)와, 기단부는 상기 저장탱크(30)에 연장되고 선단부는 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레부로 연장된 복수개의 공급관(40)이 구비되어, 상기 저장탱크(30)에 저장된 서로 다른 색의 도료가 공급관(40)을 통해 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레면을 공급됨으로, 로울러브러쉬(20)를 벽면 등에 밀착시켜 도색을 하면, 벽면이 한꺼번에 여러 가지 색으로 도색된다.
따라서, 손쉽게 벽면을 여러 가지 색으로 도색하여 다양한 효과를 낼 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Description

다색로울러{multi-color roller}
본 발명은 한 번에 여러 가지 색의 도료를 도포할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 다색로울러에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 페인트 등의 도료를 벽면 등에 도포할 때 사용되는 로울러는 도 1에 도시한 바와 같이, 홀더(10)와, 상기 홀더(10)에 회전가능하게 결합된 로울러브러쉬(20)로 구성된다.
상기 로울러브러쉬(20)는 합성수지재질의 원통형으로 구성되어 상기 홀더(10)에 회전가능하게 결합되는 것으로, 둘레면에 브러쉬층(21)이 형성된다.
상기 브러쉬층(21)은 페인트를 흡수할 수 있는 섬유재질로 구성된다.
따라서, 상기 브러쉬층(21)에 도료가 흡수된 상태에서, 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레면을 벽면 등에 밀착시키고, 홀더(10)를 상하방향으로 밀면, 브러쉬층(21)에 흡수된 도료가 벽면에 도포된다.
이러한 로울러는 넓은 면적에 효과적으로 도료를 도포할 수 있음으로, 벽면 등과 같이, 넓은 면적에 도료를 도포할 때 널리 사용되고 잇다.
그런데, 이러한 로울러는 로울러브러쉬(20)에 도료를 흡수시킬 때 도료에 로울러브러쉬(20)가 잠기도록 함으로, 한 번에 한가지색만을 흡수시킬 수 있으며, 도료를 도포할 때도 한가지색 만을 도포할 수 있었다.
따라서, 벽면에 도포되는 도료의 색이 매우 단조로워지는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 새로운 방법이 필요하게 되었다.

본 발명은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 한 번에 여러 가지 색의 도료를 도포할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 다색로울러를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 홀더(10)와, 상기 홀더(10)에 회전가능하게 결합된 로울러브러쉬(20)를 포함하는 로울러에 있어서, 도료가 저장된 복수개의 저장탱크(30)와, 기단부는 상기 저장탱크(30)에 연장되고 선단부는 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레부로 연장된 복수개의 공급관(40)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색로울러가 제공된다.
본 발명의 다른 특징에 따르면, 상기 홀더(10)는 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)가 회전가능하게 결합되는 회전축(11)과, 상기 회전축(11)의 양단에 결합된 한 쌍의 측면지지바(12)와, 상기 측면지지바(12)의 후단부에 결합된 후방지지바(13)와, 상기 측면지지바(12)의 전단부에 결합된 전방지지바(14)와, 상기 후방지지바(13)에서 후방으로 연장된 손잡이(15)를 포함하며, 상기 전방지지바(14)에는 복수개의 결합공(14b)이 상호 측방향으로 이격되도록 형성되고, 상기 공급관(40)은 선단부가 상기 결합공(14b)에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 다색로울러가 제공된다.
본 발명의 또 다른 특징에 따르면, 상기 공급관(40)의 중간부에는 공급관(40)을 통과하는 도료의 유량을 제어하기 위한 제어밸브(50)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 다색로울러가 제공된다.
본 발명의 또 다른 특징에 따르면, 상기 전방지지바(14)는 양단이 상기 측면지지바(12)에 상하방향으로 회동가능하게 결합되어, 상기 전방지지바(14)를 상측으로 회동시키면 상기 공급관(40)의 단부가 하측을 향하도록 방향전환되고, 측방향으로 연장되며 양단이 상기 측면지지바(12)에 고정되며 하측을 향하도록 방향전환된 공급관(40)의 단부에서 배출되는 도료를 수집하는 수집통(16)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다색로울러가 제공된다.
본 발명에 따른 다색로울러는 도료가 저장된 복수개의 저장탱크(30)와, 기단부는 상기 저장탱크(30)에 연장되고 선단부는 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레부로 연장된 복수개의 공급관(40)이 구비되어, 상기 저장탱크(30)에 저장된 서로 다른 색의 도료가 공급관(40)을 통해 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레면을 공급됨으로, 로울러브러쉬(20)를 벽면 등에 밀착시켜 도색을 하면, 벽면이 한꺼번에 여러 가지 색으로 도색된다.
따라서, 손쉽게 벽면을 여러 가지 색으로 도색하여 다양한 효과를 낼 수 있는 장점이 있다.

이하, 본 발명을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 다색로울러를 도시한 것으로, 홀더(10)와, 상기 홀더(10)에 회전가능하게 결합된 로울러브러쉬(20)가 구비된 것은 종래와 동일하다.
그리고, 본 발명에 따르면, 도료가 저장된 복수개의 저장탱크(30)와, 기단부는 상기 저장탱크(30)에 연장되고 선단부는 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레부로 연장된 복수개의 공급관(40)과, 상기 공급관(40)의 중간부에 구비되어 공급관(40)을 통과하는 도료의 유량을 제어하기 위한 제어밸브(50)가 더 구비된다.
이때, 상기 홀더(10)는 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)가 회전가능하게 결합되는 회전축(11)과, 상기 회전축(11)의 양단에 결합된 한 쌍의 측면지지바(12)와, 상기 측면지지바(12)의 후단부에 결합된 후방지지바(13)와, 상기 측면지지바(12)의 전단부에 결합된 전방지지바(14)와, 상기 후방지지바(13)에서 후방으로 연장된 손잡이(15)로 구성된다.
상기 측면지지바(12)는 전후방향으로 연장된 바형상으로 구성된다.
상기 전후방지지바(13)는 측방향으로 연장된 사각바형상으로 구성된다.
그리고, 상기 전방지지바(14)에는 복수개의 결합공(14b)이 상호 측방향으로 이격되도록 형성된다.
상기 결합공(14b)은 상기 전방지지바(14)를 전후방향으로 관통하도록 형성된 것으로, 상기 공급관(40)의 개수와 동일하게 구성된다.
저장탱크(30)는 5개로 구성되어, 각각의 저장탱크(30)에 서로 다른 색의 도료가 저장된다.
상기 공급관(40)은 플랙시블한 합성수지재질로 구성된 것으로, 선단부가 상기 결합공(14b)을 관통하여 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)의 전면에 근접되도록 고정된다.
상기 제어밸브(50)는 작업자가 수동으로 조작하도록 구성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 다색로울러의 사용방법을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
우선 작업자는 각각의 저장탱크(30)에 서로 다른 색의 도료를 저장한다.
이때, 상기 저장탱크(30)에 저장된 도료는 점도가 낮은 것을 이용한다.
그리고, 저장탱크(30)를 높은 곳에 올려놓으면, 저장탱크(30)에 저장된 도료가 자중에 의해 공급호스를 따라 로울러브러쉬(20)로 공급되며, 공급된 도료는 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레면에 흡수된다.
이때, 작업자는 상기 제어밸브(50)를 조작하여, 각각의 공급관(40)을 통해 공급되는 도료의 양을 조절한다.
따라서, 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레면에 여러 가지 색의 도료가 적절히 흡수된다.
그리고, 작업자가 로울러브러쉬(20)를 벽면 등에 밀착시킨 후 상하방향으로 이동시키면, 벽면에 여러 가지 색의 도료가 도포되어, 벽면을 한꺼번에 여러 가지 색으로 도색할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 저장탱크(30)에 저장된 도료는 공급관(40)을 통해 지속적으로 로울러브러쉬(20)에 공급된다.
이와 같이 구성된 다색로울러는 도료가 저장된 복수개의 저장탱크(30)와, 기단부는 상기 저장탱크(30)에 연장되고 선단부는 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레부로 연장된 복수개의 공급관(40)이 구비되어, 상기 저장탱크(30)에 저장된 서로 다른 색의 도료가 공급관(40)을 통해 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레면을 공급됨으로, 로울러브러쉬(20)를 벽면 등에 밀착시켜 도색을 하면, 벽면이 한꺼번에 여러 가지 색으로 도색된다.
따라서, 손쉽게 벽면을 여러 가지 색으로 도색하여 다양한 효과를 낼 수 있는 장점이 있다.
특히, 상기 홀더(10)는 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)가 회전가능하게 결합되는 회전축(11)과, 상기 회전축(11)의 양단에 결합된 한 쌍의 측면지지바(12)와, 상기 측면지지바(12)의 후단부에 결합된 후방지지바(13)와, 상기 측면지지바(12)의 전단부에 결합된 전방지지바(14)와, 상기 후방지지바(13)에서 후방으로 연장된 손잡이(15)로 구성되고, 상기 전방지지바(14)에는 복수개의 결합공(14b)이 상호 측방향으로 이격되도록 형성되고, 상기 공급관(40)은 선단부가 상기 결합공(14b)에 고정됨으로, 공급관(40)을 효과적으로 고정하고, 공급관(40)을 통해 공급된 도료가 원활히 로울러브러쉬(20)에 공급되도록 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
그리고, 상기 공급관(40)의 중간부에는 공급관(40)을 통과하는 도료의 유량을 제어하기 위한 제어밸브(50)가 구비됨으로, 각각의 공급관(40)을 통해 공급되는 도료의 유량을 서로 다르게 조절하여, 도료의 색이 진하거나 흐리게 자유롭게 조절할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 실시예의 경우, 상기 저장탱크(30)에 저장된 도료는 자중에 의해 공급관(40)을 따라 흘러 로울러브러쉬(20)로 공급되는 것을 예시하였으나, 상기 공급관(40)에 별도의 공급펌프를 연결하여 저장탱크(30)에 저장된 도료가 공급펌프에 의해 강제로 로울러브러쉬(20)로 공급되도록 하는 것도 가능하다.
도 4 내지 도 8은 본 발명에 따른 다른 실시예를 도시한 것으로, 상기 전방지지바(14)는 양단이 상기 측면지지바(12)에 상하방향으로 회동가능하게 결합된다.
이를 위해, 상기 전방지지바(14)는 양단이 회전축(14a)에 의해 상기 측면지지바(12)에 결합된다.
따라서, 상기 공급관(40)의 단부가 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레면을 향하하는 상태에서, 작업자가 수작업으로 전방지지를 하측으로 90도 회동시키면, 상기 공급관(40)의 선단부가 하측을 향하게 되어, 공급관(40)을 통해 공급된 도료가 하측으로 배출된다.
그리고, 상기 전방지지바(14)의 하측에는 상기 공급관(40)의 선단부에서 하측으로 배출되는 도료를 수집하기 위한 수집통(16)이 구비된다.
상기 수집통(16)은 측방향으로 연장되며 상면이 개방된 통형상으로 구성되며, 양단이 상기 측면지지바(12)의 선단부 하측면에 나사(16a)로 고정되어, 상기 공급관(40)의 선단부에서 하측으로 배출되는 도료를 수집할 수 있도록 구성된다.
상기 나사(16a)는 작업자가 손으로 조이거나 풀 수 있도록 구성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 다색로울러는 작업자가 상기 제어밸브(50)를 조절하여 로울러브러쉬(20)로 공급되는 도료의 양을 조절할 때, 도 7에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 전방지지바(14)를 회동시켜 공급관(40)이 하측을 향하도록 함으로써, 공급관(40)에서 흘러나오는 도료가 수집통(16)에 수집되도록 한다.
따라서, 작업자가 공급관(40)에서 흘러나오는 도료의 양을 손쉽게 확인하여 공급관(40)을 통해 공급되는 도료의 양을 더욱 정확하게 조절할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
한편, 작업자는 제어밸브(50)를 조절한 후, 도 8에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 나사(16a)를 풀어 수집통(16)을 분리하여, 수집통(16)에 수집된 도료를 다른 곳에 배출할 수 있다.

  1. 홀더(10)와,
    상기 홀더(10)에 회전가능하게 결합된 로울러브러쉬(20)를 포함하는 로울러에 있어서,
    도료가 저장된 복수개의 저장탱크(30)와,
    기단부는 상기 저장탱크(30)에 연장되고 선단부는 상기 로울러브러쉬(20)의 둘레부로 연장된 복수개의 공급관(40)을 더 포함하고,
    상기 홀더(10)는
    상기 로울러브러쉬(20)가 회전가능하게 결합되는 회전축(11)과,
    상기 회전축(11)의 양단에 결합된 한 쌍의 측면지지바(12)와,
    상기 측면지지바(12)의 후단부에 결합된 후방지지바(13)와,
    상기 측면지지바(12)의 전단부에 결합된 전방지지바(14)와,
    상기 후방지지바(13)에서 후방으로 연장된 손잡이(15)를 포함하며,
    상기 전방지지바(14)에는 복수개의 결합공(14b)이 상호 측방향으로 이격되도록 형성되고,
    상기 공급관(40)은 선단부가 상기 결합공(14b)에 고정되며,
