상기 비교예와 실시예에 따른 추출물의 hydrogen peroxide(H₂O₂) 소거 활성을 측정하였다. 상기 시료 각각 100μL를 96 microwell plate에 넣었다. 여기에 20μL의 hydrogen peroxide를 첨가시키고 37℃의 incubator에서 5분간 반응시켰다. 반응이 끝난 후, 1.25mM ABTS와 peroxidase(1 unit/mL)를 각각 30㎕를 첨가하여 최종적으로 37℃의 incubator에서 10분 반응시킨 후 ELISA reader로 405nm에서 흡광도를 측정하였다. 결과는 하기 표 2에 나타내었다.
