(S2) 상기 (S1)단계의 혼합된 코팅원료를 30~60 중량%의 물과 함께 냉각시스템이 구비된 로터-로터방식 임펠러구조를 갖춘 나노화 유화분쇄기를 50℃가 넘지 않토록 통과시켜 원료 입자가 10-2 ~ 10-3 ㎛ 크기로 나노화 시키는 단계;
(S3) 상기 (S2) 단계의 나노화된 원료를 유동층 건조기에 분무하여 코팅 코어제를 코팅하되, 코팅 코어제는 8~12 메쉬 크기의 설탕 스페어인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 영양캡슐을 제조하는 단계;
