Claims (14)
- 에어로졸 생성 물품을 수용하는 수용부;
상기 에어로졸 생성 물품을 가열하는 히터;
상기 수용부에 배치되어 상기 에어로졸 생성 물품의 외면을 가압하고, 상기 에어로졸 생성 물품의 일 부분과 접촉하며 상기 일 부분의 경도 또는 상기 일 부분의 수축률을 측정하는 가압 센서; 및
상기 가압 센서와 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 가압 센서로부터 수신된 신호에 기초하여 상기 에어로졸 생성 물품의 재사용 여부를 판단하는 제어부;를 포함하는, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 가압 센서에 의해 측정된 상기 일 부분의 경도에 기초하여 재사용 감지 신호를 생성하는, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 상기 가압 센서에서 측정된 상기 일 부분의 경도가 소정 범위 이상일 경우 재사용 감지 신호를 생성하되,
상기 일 부분은 PLA(Poly Lactic Acid)를 포함하는, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 삭제

상기 가압 센서는,
제 1 가압 센서 및 상기 제 1 가압 센서로부터 이격 배치된 제 2 가압 센서를 포함하고,

상기 제어부는 상기 가압 센서에 의해 측정된 상기 일 부분의 수축률에 기초하여 재사용 감지 신호를 생성하는, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,

상기 재사용 감지 신호가 생성될 경우 상기 제어부는 상기 에어로졸 생성 장치의 작동을 차단하는, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제 3 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 재사용 감지 신호가 생성될 경우 상기 제어부는 상기 에어로졸 생성 물품의 재사용을 사용자에게 알리는 알람 신호를 생성하는, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
진동부, 스피커부, 및 디스플레이부 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 출력부를 더 포함하고,
상기 출력부는 상기 제어부의 상기 알람 신호에 따라 진동, 소리, 및 광 출력 중 적어도 하나를 사용자에게 전달하는, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 에어로졸 생성 물품의 삽입 및 배출을 감지하는 에어로졸 생성 물품 감지 센서를 더 포함하는, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 가압 센서는 상기 에어로졸 생성 물품이 상기 수용부에 삽입된 후 상기 에어로졸 생성 물품의 외면을 가압하도록 노출되는, 에어로졸 생성 장치. - 제 1 항에 따른 에어로졸 생성 장치; 및
상기 에어로졸 생성 장치의 상기 수용부에 수용되는 에어로졸 생성 물품;을 포함하되,
