Claims (4)
- 등속조인트 축에 일체 장착되고, 그 내부에 빛을 발광시키는 발광소자 및 상기 발광소자의 빛을 수광하는 수광소자와;상기 발광소자 및 수광소자 사이의 광로(光路) 상에 위치하여 모멘트에 의한 등속조인트 축의 변형 시 빛의 조도 변화를 일으키도록 변형이 발생하는 다수의 슬릿이 일정 간격을 두고 형성된 슬릿부와;상기 수광소자로부터 발생된 전기 신호를 송수신하여 실시간으로 자료를 분석할 수 있도록 하는 통신 및 처리장치를 포함하여 이루어진 발광 및 수광소자측 케이스부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 등속조인트의 변형량 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 등속조인트 축의 비틀림량 및 굽힘량을 동시에 측정할 수 있도록 상기 발광 및 수광소자와, 슬릿부를 둘로 분리하되, 상기 슬릿부는 상기 비틀림량을 측정할 수 있도록 슬릿이 반경 방향으로 형성된 제1슬릿부와, 상기 굽힘량을 측정할 수 있도록 슬릿이 원주 방향으로 형성된 제2슬릿부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 등속조인트의 변형량 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통신 및 처리장치는 상기 수광소자로부터 발생된 전기 신호를 파형 정형과 증폭을 거쳐 무선 신호를 송출하는 송신부와, 상기 송신부로부터 무선 송신된 신호를 수신하여 그 수신되는 변화된 빛의 조도를 측정하고 그 측정된 데이터를 통해 각각의 비틀림량 및 굽힘량을 산출하여 표시하는 수신부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 등속조인트의 변형량 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 등속조인트 축은 등속조인트가 회전하면서 발생하는 회전 관성의 밸런스를 유지하기 위한 밸런스 웨이트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 등속조인트의 변형량 측정장치.
