Abstract

The present invention relates to a preparation method of a capsule-type laundry detergent. According to the preparation method of the present invention, a laundry detergent is prepared by mixing a surfactant composition and a microbial diluent and is packaged in a water-soluble film so that a preparation method of a conventional fixed capsule detergent has been improved. Accordingly, the laundry detergent prepared by the method has the effect of reducing dependence on a surfactant, preventing excessive bubbles during washing, having less fatty contaminants, and reducing the amount of the residual detergent in fibers.

a) 대전방지제 6~8중량%, 폴리옥시에틸렌알킬에테르 45~55중량%, 소르비탄모노올레산염 8~12중량%, 에틸알코올 30~35중량% 및 향료 0.5~1.5중량%를 포함하는 계면활성제 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
b) 수산화나트륨 8~10중량%, 구연산 10~15중량%, 미생물 원액 5~15중량%, 설탕 10~20중량% 및 물 45~55중량%를 포함하는 미생물 희석액을 제조하는 단계;
c) 상기 계면활성제 조성물 및 미생물 희석액을 7~8 : 2~3의 중량비율로 배합하여 세탁세제를 제조하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 c) 단계에서 제조한 세탁세제를 PVA film을 포함하는 수용성 필름 안에 포장하는 단계;
