도 2는, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 1T-MoS2의 구조적 특성 분석 결과를 나타낸 것으로, (a) 용융 칼륨의 삽입에 의한 KxMoS2의 XRD 패턴, (b) 1T-MoS2 (MMI)와 2H-MoS2의 XRD 패턴, (c) UV-Vis-NIR 스펙트럼, (d) 라만 스펙트럼, (e) PL 스펙트럼, (f) 전기전도도 (electrical conductivity) 및 (g-i) XPS 분석 ((g) Mo 3d, (h) S 2p, (i) K 2p) 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 벌크-전이금속 칼코겐화합물 및 알칼리 금속의 혼합물을 열처리하여 용융 알칼리 금속을 전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 층간에 삽입하는 단계;
알칼리 금속 삽입된 전이금속 칼코겐화합물과 용매를 혼합하여 용매 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 용매 혼합물을 초음파 처리하여 액상 박리 (liquid phase exfoliation)하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
친수성 표면 특성을 갖고, 물에 대한 표면 접촉각이 20 ° 이하인, 금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물 (Metallic 1T phase Transition Metal Dichalcogenides)의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알칼리 금속은 분말이며,
상기 알칼리 금속은, 리튬(Li), 소듐(Na), 및 포타슘(K)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인,
금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 벌크-전이금속 칼코겐화합물은, 2H 상을 갖는 전이금속 칼코겐화합물이며,
상기 전이금속은 Cr, W 및 Mo으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것인,
금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 벌크-전이금속 칼코겐화합물은, CrS2, CrSe2, CrTe2, MoS2, MoSe2, MoTe2, WS2, WSe2, 및 WTe2로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것인,
금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용융 알칼리 금속을 전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 층 간에 삽입하는 단계는, 100 ℃ 내지 500 ℃ 온도 및 1 시간 내지 4 시간 동안 열처리하는 것인,
금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용융 알칼리 금속을 전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 층 간에 삽입하는 단계는, 전이금속 칼코겐화합물이 2H 상에서 1T 상으로 전이되는 것인,
금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액상 박리 (liquid phase exfoliation)하는 단계는, 25 ℃ 내지 90 ℃ 온도 및 1 시간 내지 6 시간 동안 초음파 처리하는 것인,
금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매는, 물을 포함하는 것인,
금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 벌크-전이금속 칼코겐화합물은, 2 μm 내지 20 μm 크기를 갖는 것인,
금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제조방법은, 벌크-TMDs에서 1T-TMDs로 전환율이 90 % 이상인 것인,
금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물의 제조방법.
- 50 ℃ 내지 300 ℃에서 열처리 이후에 70 % 이상의 1T-전이금속 칼코겐 상을 포함하고,
친수성 표면 특성을 갖고, 물에 대한 표면 접촉각이 20 ° 이하인, 금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물.

상기 금속성 1T-전이금속 칼코겐화합물은, 제1항의 제조방법으로 제조된 것인,
