Claims (9)
- 혼합가스로부터 수분을 제거하는 수분제거장치;
흡수제탱크로부터 흡수제를 공급받아 상기 수분제거장치로부터 유입된 혼합가스와 반응시켜 이산화탄소가 흡착된 흡수제를 배출하는 흡수용 기액접촉기; 및
상기 흡수용 기액접촉기로부터 이산화탄소가 흡수된 흡수제를 공급받아 흡수제로부터 이산화탄소를 분리하여 이산화탄소 저장조로 배출하고 이산화탄소가 분리된 흡수제를 상기 흡수제탱크로 배출하는 탈거용 기액접촉기;를 포함하되,
상기 흡수제는,
선형의 폴리아민; 아미노산;을 포함하며, 하기 화학식에 의해 표현되며,
상기 수분제거장치는,
상부에서 질산칼슘 용액이 공급되고 하부에서 혼합가스가 공급되어 상호 접촉시간을 가지도록 하기 위한 접촉층이 구비되되, 상기 접촉층은, 질산칼슘 용액이 지그재그로 하향으로 유동하면서 상향하는 혼합가스와 접촉토록 상,하로 지그재그로 형성되는 유도판을 포함하며,
상기 유도판에는 타공부가 구성되어 타공부를 통해 혼합가스가 상향하도록 하되, 상기 타공부는 상방향으로 직경이 커지는 꼬리와 상기 꼬리보다 직경이 큰 머리로 이루어진 와류유도구가 복수로 구성되며, 인접하는 와류유도구의 머리 간에 유로를 형성하도록 하고, 복수의 머리가 상기 유도판 상부에 굴곡된 면을 형성하도록 하며, 상기 유도판에서 질산칼슘 용액의 유동방향과 평행하게 복수의 유도가이드가 돌출되고,
상기 복수의 유도가이드를 관통하면서 상기 유로에 대향하는 위치에 형성되는 회전축과, 상기 회전축에 회전연동이 가능하도록 장착되며 하향으로 너비가 커지는 복수의 와류유도절편과, 상기 복수의 유도가이드를 관통하면서 상기 와류유도절편이 경사구배가 형성되도록 하는 고정핀을 포함하는 제 2와류유도구가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스에서 이산화탄소를 흡착·분리하는 시스템.

상기 폴리아민 1몰 당 상기 아미노산은 등몰 또는 그 이상이 합성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스에서 이산화탄소를 흡착·분리하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아민은, 에틸렌디아민(EDA), 디에틸렌트리아민(DETA), 트리에틸렌테트라아민(TETA) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스에서 이산화탄소를 흡착·분리하는 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 아미노산은 글리신, 알라닌, 감마아미노부티르산(GABA)에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스에서 이산화탄소를 흡착·분리하는 시스템.
