Description
(A)脂肪族第三級アルカノールアミンと、
(B)一般式
R1−NH−R2−NH2
[式中、R1はC1〜C6のアルキル、好適にはC1〜C2のアルキルを表し、かつR2はC2〜C6のアルキレン、好適にはC2〜C3のアルキレンを表す]
の活性剤
との水溶液を含む液体の吸収剤とガス流を接触させる、ガス流での二酸化炭素分圧が200mbar未満のガス流から二酸化炭素を除去する方法によって解決され、この際吸収剤における(A)と(B)の濃度の合計は2.5〜7mol/lであり、かつ(B):(A)のモル比は1:3〜1.5:1の範囲にある。
a)有機物の酸化、例えば燃焼ガス、または煙道ガス(flue gas)、
b)有機物を含む廃棄物の堆肥化、およびその貯蔵、
または
c)有機物のバクテリア分解。
a)加熱、例えば70〜110℃への加熱
b)放圧、
c)不活性の流体によるストリッピング、
または2もしくはこれらすべての手段の組み合わせ
によって負荷された吸収剤を再生させる。
本実施例は、シミュレーションソフトウェアを用いてシミュレートされた、流体流からのCO2の除去に基づく。これらのシミュレーション方法の基礎は、N.Aspirion、Nonequilibrium Rate−Based Simulation of Reactive Systems:Simulation Model,Heat Transfer,and Influence of Film Discretization,Ind.Eng.Chem.Res.;2006年;45,2054−2069に記載されている。
吸収剤:40質量%の全アミン含分を有する、水/MDEA/MAPAの混合物;フィードガス:12.9mol%のCO2含分、温度47℃、圧力1.1bar(絶対圧力)、吸収剤温度:45℃;
90%のCO2除去。
Claims (6)
- ガス流中の二酸化炭素分圧が200mbar未満のガス流から二酸化炭素を除去するための方法であって、その際、
(A)脂肪族第三級アルカノールアミンと
(B)一般式
R1−NH−R2−NH2
[式中、R1はC1〜C6のアルキルを表し、かつR2はC2〜C6のアルキレンを表す]の活性剤
との水溶液を含む液体の吸収剤と、前記ガス流を接触させ、
吸収剤におけるAとBの濃度の合計が2.5〜7mol/lであり、かつ、B:Aのモル比が1:2.5〜1.3:1の範囲にある、
ガス流中の二酸化炭素分圧が200mbar未満のガス流から二酸化炭素を除去するための方法。 - 前記活性剤が3−メチルアミノプロピルアミンである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 脂肪族第三級アミンAが、メチルジエタノールアミン、メチルジイソプロパノ−ルアミン、およびn−ブチルジエタノールアミンから選択されている、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 吸収剤におけるAとBの濃度の合計が、2.8〜6.3mol/lである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ガス流が
a)有機物の酸化、
b)有機物を含む廃棄物の堆肥化またはその貯蔵、または
c)有機物のバクテリア分解
に由来する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 負荷された吸収剤を、
a)加熱、
b)放圧、
b)不活性の流体によるストリッピング
によって、または2もしくはこれらすべての手段の組み合わせによって再生する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
