상기 사용자단말기로부터 대리운전 요청신호가 수신되면, 상기 설정된 지역 및 위치정보에 대응되는 특정의 대리운전콜센터를 식별하는 콜센터식별부; 상기 특정의 대리운전콜센터와 상기 사용자단말기를 연결시키는 대리운전연결부; 및 상기 사용자단말기가 대리운전을 이용한 이력과 상기 사용자단말기를 추천한 추천인의 수가 기 설정된 조건을 만족하면, 상기 사용자단말기를 상위 등급으로 변경하는 등급변경부;를 포함하는 서비스제공서버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대리운전 서비스 제공시스템.
