Claims (11)
- 적외선 차폐 성능을 가지며, 하기 화학식 (I)로 표시되는 티타네이트계 적외선 차폐 소재:
AxTiyOz (I)
(상기 식에서, A는 Li, Na, Sb 및 Bi로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이고, Ti는 티타늄이며, O는 산소이고, x 및 y는 0.001≤x/y≤1이고, z 및 y는 2≤z/y≤5이다.) - 삭제
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 x 및 y는 0.1≤x/y≤1이고, z 및 y는 2≤z/y≤4인 티타네이트계 적외선 차폐 소재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 티타네이트계 적외선 차폐 소재는 금속, 또는 금속 및 도핑원소가 치환된 3차원 결정구조를 갖는 티타네이트계 적외선 차폐 소재. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 티타네이트계 적외선 차폐 소재는 다음의 단계를 포함하는 제조방법으로 제조되는 티타네이트계 적외선 차폐 소재:
1) Li, Na, Sb 및 Bi로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 염 화합물 및 티타늄 옥사이드를 산 용액에 혼합하여 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계;
2) 상기 1) 단계에서 얻어진 혼합용액을 농축시키는 단계;
3) 상기 2) 단계의 결과물을 건조 및 소성시키는 단계. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 1) 단계에서, 상기 산은 질산, 염산 및 황산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 티타네이트계 적외선 차폐 소재. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 1) 단계에서, 상기 염 화합물은 질산염 화합물, 염화염 화합물 및 황산염 화합물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 염 화합물인 티타네이트계 적외선 차폐 소재. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 2) 단계에서, 상기 농축은 70∼100℃에서 수행되는 티타네이트계 적외선 차폐 소재. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 3) 단계에서, 상기 건조는 100∼150℃에서 20분 내지 2시간 동안 수행되고, 상기 소성은 800∼1000℃에서 1시간 내지 3시간 동안 수행되는 티타네이트계 적외선 차폐 소재.
