도 3은 제1 실시형태의 액체 충전 보조구의 저면도이다.
도 4는 제1 실시형태의 액체 충전 보조구를 슬라이드 유리에 적용하고, 액체를 토출했을 때의 액체 상태를 설명하는 단면도이다. 여기서, (a)는 저류부에 액체를 토출한 직후의 상태, (b)는 저류부로부터 연통공을 통하여 반응부로 액체가 흘러드는 상태, (c)는 반응부 전체에 액체를 충전 종료한 상태를 각각 나타낸다.
도 5는 실시예의 자동 염색 장치를 설명하는 블록도이다.

Claims (15)
- 판형체 상에 설치되고, 액체가 충전되는 반응실을 구성하는 액체 충전 보조구로서,
본체;
상기 본체에 형성된 액체를 저류(貯留)하기 위한 저류부;
상기 본체의 하면에 설치된 오목한 반응부;
상기 저류부와 상기 반응부를 유체적(流體的)으로 상시(常時) 연통시키는 연통공; 및
상기 반응부와 대기를 연통시키는 복수의 통기공;
을 포함하고,
상기 반응부 및 상기 판형체의 상면이, 상기 반응실을 구성하고,
상기 저류부가, 상기 연통공을 협지(sandwich)하여 상기 반응부의 바로 위쪽에 배치되고, 또한 상기 복수의 통기공의 사이에 배치되는,
액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저류부의 용적이 상기 반응부의 용적보다 큰, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저류부의 용적이 상기 반응부의 용적의 수배 ~ 수십배인, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 본체의 상면에 상기 저류부의 개구가 형성되어 있는, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 통기공이, 상기 반응부 상면으로부터 상기 본체의 상면까지 관통하고 있는, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응부가, 상기 반응부의 전역(全域)에 있어서 모세관 현상에 의한 힘이 발생하는 깊이로 구성되는, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 연통공이, 상기 저류부의 중앙에 위치하는, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저류부의 바닥면이 상기 연통공을 향하는 경사면 또는 홈을 가지는, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 연통공을 향하는 경사면 중 하나 이상이, 2개 이상의 경사를 가지는, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저류부가, 상기 연통공이 형성된 제1 오목부와, 상기 제1 오목부보다 위쪽에 위치하고 또한 용적이 2배 이상 큰 제2 오목부를 구비하여 구성되는, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반응부의 내상면(內上面; 천정면)이 통기공을 향하는 경사면 또는 홈을 가지고, 상기 통기공이, 상기 반응부의 내상면의 최고 위치에 형성되어 있는, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 본체가 금속 재료로 이루어지는, 액체 충전 보조구. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 판형체가, 염색 단계에서 사용되는 슬라이드 유리인, 액체 충전 보조구. - 액체의 토출(吐出) 장치;
슬라이드 유리를 유지하는 팰릿(pallet);
상기 토출 장치를 상기 팰릿에 대하여 XYZ 방향으로 상대적으로 이동 가능하게 하는 구동 장치;
제13항의 액체 충전 보조구를 유지하는 유지구; 및
상기 유지구를 승강 동작시키는 승강 장치;
를 포함하는 자동 염색 장치. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액체 충전 보조구를 사용한 액체 충전 방법으로서,
상기 액체 충전 보조구를 판형체 상에 설치하는 단계; 및
상기 반응실의 용적 이상의 양의 액체를 저류부에 토출하는 단계;
를 포함하는 액체 충전 방법.
