Description
도 1c는 성숙 수지상세포(mDC)와 미성숙 수지상세포(imDC)의 식세포 능력을 평가한 결과이다.

- PDZ 및 LIM 도메인 단백질 4(PDZ and LIM domain protein 4: Pdlim4) 단백질 또는 이의 단편의 발현 수준을 측정하는 제제를 포함하는, 성숙 수지상 세포 검출용 조성물로서, 상기 성숙 수지상 세포는 수지상세포 타입 1(dendritic cell 1: DC1) 세포인 것인 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제제는 Pdlim4 단백질 또는 이의 단편에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 또는 이의 항원 결합 단편; 또는
Pdlim4 단백질 또는 이의 단편을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드와 동일하거나 또는 이에 상보적인 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 핵산인 것인 조성물. - 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 항체는 폴리클론 항체 또는 모노클론 항체인 것인 조성물.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 핵산은 프라이머 또는 프로브인 것인 조성물.
