주름이 심한 50대 및 60대의 남녀 20명을 대상으로 각각 10명씩 2 그룹으로 나눈 다음, 한 그룹은 실시예 2의 에센스를 1일 3회 도포하고, 다른 그룹은 비교예 2의 에센스를 1일 3회 도포하였다. 도포 개시 후 2주, 4주, 6주, 8주후에 개인별 육안으로 주름개선 정도를 확인하여 전혀 개선되지 않았음을 1점, 매우 많이 개선되었음을 5점으로 하여 점수를 매기게 하였고, 그룹별 평균치를 표 5에 나타내었다. 일반 에멀전을 포함한 비교예 2를 장기간 도포하였을 때도 어느 정도 주름이 개선된 결과를 보였으나 실시예 2를 장기간 도포시 보다 우수한 결과를 얻을 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.After 20 men and women in their 50s and 60s with severe wrinkles were divided into 2 groups of 10 each, one group applied the essence of Example 2 3 times a day, and the other group applied the essence of Comparative Example 2 1 day.
