Claims (11)
- 하수에 응집제를 주입한 후 슬러지와 상등수로 분리하는 응집침전단계;
상기 상등수를 호기성 암모늄 산화미생물이 고정화된 담체와 부유성 호기성 미생물이 서식하는 제1 호기조에 공급하여 소정시간 반응시키는 단계;
상기 제1 호기조 유출수를 혐기성 암모늄 산화미생물이 고정화된 담체를 포함하는 무산소조에 공급하여 소정시간 반응시키는 단계; 및
상기 무산소조 유출수를 호기성 미생물이 서식하는 제2 호기조에 공급하여 소정시간 반응시키는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 제1 호기조에서는 암모니아성 질소의 50%가 아질산성 질소로 산화될 수 있도록 용존산소를 2.0 mg/L 이상 4 mg/L 이하로 유지하고,
상기 제1 호기조의 호기성 암모늄 산화미생물이 고정화된 담체는, PVA와 알지네이트가 혼합된 PVA-알지네이트 혼합용액을 준비하는 단계; 상기 PVA-알지네이트 혼합용액에 호기성 암모늄 산화미생물이 포함된 슬러지 및 탄산수소나트륨(NaHCO3)를 혼합하여 발포-비드화 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 발포-비드화 용액을 염화칼슘이 함유된 포화붕산 용액에 적정하여 슬러지가 고정화된 비드를 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 제조되되, 호기성 암모늄 산화미생물이 고정된 담체 제조 단계에서의 발포-비드화 용액에서 탄산수소나트륨(NaHCO3)은 물 200 중량부에 대하여 0.6 중량부 혼합되고,
상기 무산소조의 혐기성 암모늄 산화미생물이 고정화된 담체는, PVA와 알지네이트가 혼합된 PVA-알지네이트 혼합용액을 준비하는 단계; 상기 PVA-알지네이트 혼합용액에 혐기성 암모늄 산화미생물이 포함된 슬러지 및 탄산수소나트륨(NaHCO3)를 혼합하여 발포-비드화 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 발포-비드화 용액을 염화칼슘이 함유된 포화붕산 용액에 적정하여 슬러지가 고정화된 비드를 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 제조되되, 혐기성 암모늄 산화미생물이 고정화된 담체 제조 단계에서의 발포-비드화 용액에서 탄산수소나트륨(NaHCO3)은 물 200 중량부에 대하여 0.6∼1.2 중량부 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모늄 산화미생물이 고정화된 담체를 이용한 하수처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 응집침전단계에 주입하는 응집제는 폴리염화알루미늄(polyaluminumchloride, PAC) 또는 폴리염화규산알루미늄(PACS)인 것을 특징으로 하는 암모늄 산화미생물이 고정화된 담체를 이용한 하수처리방법.
