Abstract
본 발명은 리포좀의 물리화학적 불안정성을 극복하여, 생산, 운송 및 보관에 있어 유리할 뿐만 아니라, 안정성을 개선하여 면역전달시스템으로서 이점을 가진다. 또한, 본 발명은 항원 및 면역반응 조절물질과 양이온성 리포좀을 모두 포함함으로써, 면역반응 조절물질을 단독으로 사용하는 경우에 비해 향상된 면역증강효능을 발휘한다.
Description
도 2A는 추출된 LOS를 전기영동 및 실버염색을 통하여 확인한 결과이고, 도 2B는 LOS를 알칼리 처리하였을 때 지질 A가 분해됨으로써 추출된 LOS 기준으로, 면역반응 조절물질(EG-IM)의 크기가 작아짐을 확인한 결과이다. M은 마커를 나타내며, 레인 1은 탈아실화 전의 추출된 LOS(탈아실화 전의 LOS), 레인 2는 면역반응 조절물질(EG-IM)을 나타낸다.
도 3은 지질용해 단계에서의 리포좀 사이즈 분포도를 나타낸 것이며, 도 4는 당지질을 리포좀과 단순 혼합한 단계에서의 리포좀 사이즈 분포도를 나타낸 것이다.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 백신은 사균백신, 약독화백신, 아단위 백신, 컨쥬게이트 백신, 재조합 백신, 단가백신, 다가백신 또는 혼합백신 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 백신 조성물.

- 하기 단계를 포함하는 면역증강용 조성물의 제조방법:
(a) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 면역반응 조절물질이 포함된 용액을 제조하는 단계;

(e) 상기 (d) 단계의 리포좀에 (a) 단계 용액을 첨가한 후 동결건조하는 단계.

- 하기 단계를 포함하는 백신 조성물의 제조방법으로서,
상기 백신은 사포닌 유래 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백신 조성물의 제조방법:
(a) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 면역반응 조절물질이 포함된 용액을 제조하는 단계;
