Abstract
a) 적어도 1종의 폴리히드록실 기-함유 성분 (A),
b) 평균적으로 적어도 1개의 이소시아네이트 기를 갖고 평균적으로 화학식 (I)의 적어도 1개의 가수분해성 실란 기 및/또는 화학식 (II)의 적어도 1개의 가수분해성 실란 기를 갖는 적어도 1종의 성분 (B),
c) 실란 기의 가교를 위한 적어도 1종의 인- 및 질소-함유 촉매 (D), 및
d) 히드록실 기와 이소시아네이트 기의 반응을 위한 적어도 1종의 촉매 (Z)
를 포함하는 코팅제 조성물이며,
여기서
i. 촉매 (Z)가 아연 및 비스무트 카르복실레이트, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티타늄 및/또는 붕소 킬레이트, 및/또는 무기 주석-함유 촉매, 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고,
ii. 코팅제 조성물이 무기 산 및/또는 유기 산 및/또는 무기 산의 부분 에스테르 및/또는 유기 산의 부분 에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 반응 촉진제 (R)을 포함하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 코팅제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 코팅제 조성물을 사용하여 다층 페인트 시스템을 제조하는 방법, 상기 방법을 사용하여 수득가능한 코팅, 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (17)
- a) 적어도 1종의 폴리히드록실 기-함유 성분 (A),
b) 평균적으로 적어도 1개의 이소시아네이트 기를 갖고 평균적으로 화학식 (I)의 적어도 1개의 가수분해성 실란 기 및/또는 화학식 (II)의 적어도 1개의 가수분해성 실란 기를 갖는 적어도 1종의 성분 (B),
(여기서
R = 수소, 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 또는 아르알킬이며, 탄소 쇄에는 비인접 산소, 황, 또는 NRa 기가 개재되는 것이 가능하고, 여기서 Ra = 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 또는 아르알킬이고,
R' = 수소, 알킬, 또는 시클로알킬이며, 탄소 쇄에는 비인접 산소, 황, 또는 NRa 기가 개재되는 것이 가능하고, 여기서 Ra = 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 또는 아르알킬이거나, R' = 에틸 및/또는 메틸이고,
X, X' = 1 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 및/또는 분지형 알킬렌 또는 시클로알킬렌 라디칼이거나, X, X' = 1 내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬렌 라디칼이고,
R" = 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 또는 아르알킬이며, 탄소 쇄에는 비인접 산소, 황, 또는 NRa 기가 개재되는 것이 가능하고, 여기서 Ra = 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴, 또는 아르알킬이거나, R" = 알킬 라디칼, 또는 1 내지 6개의 C 원자를 갖는 알킬 라디칼이고,
n = 0 내지 2이고, m = 0 내지 2이고, m+n = 2이고, x, y = 0 내지 2임)
c) 실란 기의 가교를 위한 적어도 1종의 인- 및 질소-함유 촉매 (D), 및
d) 히드록실 기와 이소시아네이트 기의 반응을 위한 적어도 1종의 촉매 (Z)
를 포함하는 코팅 재료 조성물이며,
여기서
i. 촉매 (Z)는 아연 및 비스무트 카르복실레이트, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티타늄 및/또는 붕소 킬레이트, 및/또는 무기 주석-함유 촉매, 및 그의 혼합물의 군으로부터 선택되고,
ii. 코팅 재료 조성물은 무기 산 및/또는 유기 산 및/또는 무기 산의 부분 에스테르 및/또는 유기 산의 부분 에스테르의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 반응 촉진제 (R)을 포함하는 것인
코팅 재료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 평균적으로 화학식 (I)의 적어도 1개의 가수분해성 실란 기 및 화학식 (II)의 적어도 1개의 가수분해성 실란 기를 갖는 적어도 1종의 성분 (B)를 포함하는 코팅 재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 인- 및 질소-함유 촉매 (D)가 임의로 치환된 비-시클릭 인산 모노에스테르의 아민 부가물, 임의로 치환된 시클릭 인산 모노에스테르의 아민 부가물, 임의로 치환된 비-시클릭 인산 디에스테르의 아민 부가물, 임의로 치환된 시클릭 인산 디에스테르의 아민 부가물, 비-시클릭 포스폰산 디에스테르의 아민 부가물, 시클릭 인산 디에스테르의 아민 부가물, 비-시클릭 디포스폰산 디에스테르의 아민 부가물 및/또는 시클릭 포스폰산 디에스테르의 아민 부가물의 군으로부터, 또는 임의로 치환된 비-시클릭 인산 모노에스테르 및/또는 임의로 치환된 시클릭 인산 모노에스테르 및/또는 임의로 치환된 비-시클릭 인산 디에스테르 및/또는 임의로 치환된 시클릭 인산 디에스테르와의 비시클릭 아민 및/또는 지방족 트리아민의 부가물의 군으로부터 선택된 것인 코팅 재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매 (Z)가 아연 및 비스무트 카르복실레이트, 또는 분지형 C3 내지 C24 지방산의 Bi(III) 염의 군으로부터 선택된 것인 코팅 재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 촉진제 (R)이 알킬포스폰산, 디알킬포스핀산, 포스폰산, 디포스폰산, 포스핀산, 임의로 치환된 비-시클릭 포스폰산 모노에스테르 및/또는 임의로 치환된 시클릭 인산 모노에스테르 및/또는 임의로 치환된 비-시클릭 인산 디에스테르 및/또는 임의로 치환된 시클릭 인산 디에스테르의 군으로부터 선택된 것인 코팅 재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 촉진제 (R)이 임의로 치환된 비-시클릭 인산 모노에스테르 및/또는 임의로 치환된 시클릭 인산 모노에스테르 및/또는 임의로 치환된 비-시클릭 인산 디에스테르 및/또는 임의로 치환된 시클릭 인산 디에스테르의 군으로부터 선택된 것인 코팅 재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
i. 인- 및 질소-함유 촉매 (D)가 비-시클릭 인산 모노에스테르 및/또는 시클릭 인산 모노에스테르 및/또는 비-시클릭 인산 디에스테르 및/또는 시클릭 인산 디에스테르와의 디아자비시클로[2.2.2]옥탄, 디메틸도데실아민 및/또는 트리에틸아민의 부가물의 군으로부터 선택되고,
ii. 촉매 (Z)가 분지형 C3 내지 C24 지방산의 Bi(III) 염의 군으로부터 선택되고,
iii. 반응 촉진제 (R)이 비-시클릭 인산 디에스테르 및 시클릭 인산 디에스테르의 군으로부터 선택된 것인
코팅 재료 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매 (D) 플러스 촉매 (Z) 플러스 촉진제 (R)의 전체 양이 각 경우에 코팅 재료 조성물의 결합제 함량을 기준으로 하여 0.2 내지 21 wt%, 또는 0.6 내지 11 wt%인 코팅 재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각 경우에 코팅 재료 조성물의 결합제 함량을 기준으로 하여
0.1 내지 15 wt% 분율의 촉매 (D),
0.005 내지 1.0 wt% 분율의 촉매 (Z), 및
임의로 0.05 내지 10.0 wt% 분율의 촉진제 (R)
을 포함하는 코팅 재료 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B) 중에 원래 존재하는 이소시아네이트 기의 5 내지 75 mol%, 10 내지 60 mol%, 또는 15 내지 50 mol%가, 화학식 (I) 및/또는 (II)의 실란 기, 또는 화학식 (I) 및 (II)의 실란 기로의 전환을 겪은 것인 코팅 재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B) 중에 원래 존재하는 이소시아네이트 기의 5 내지 55 mol%, 9.8 내지 50 mol%, 또는 13.5 내지 45 mol%가, 화학식 (II)의 실란 기로의 전환을 겪은 것인 코팅 재료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각 경우에 코팅 재료의 결합제 함량을 기준으로 하여 20.0 내지 80.0 wt%, 또는 30.0 내지 70.0 wt%의 적어도 1종의 히드록실-함유 폴리아크릴레이트 (A) 및/또는 적어도 1종의 히드록실-함유 폴리메타크릴레이트 (A)를 포함하고/거나, 각 경우에 코팅 재료 조성물의 결합제 함량을 기준으로 하여 20.0 내지 80.0 wt%, 또는 30.0 내지 70.0 wt%의 성분 (B)를 포함하는 코팅 재료 조성물.
- 안료처리된 베이스코트를 임의로 사전코팅된 기재에 도포한 후, 제1항 또는 제2항에 청구된 바와 같은 코팅 재료 조성물을 도포하는 것을 포함하는, 다단계 코팅 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 안료처리된 베이스코트의 도포 후, 도포된 베이스코트 재료를 먼저 실온 내지 80℃의 온도에서 건조시키고, 상기 코팅 재료 조성물의 도포 후, 이를 20 내지 100℃, 또는 30 내지 90℃의 온도에서 경화시키는 것인 다단계 코팅 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 클리어코트 재료로서 사용되는 코팅 재료 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 자동차 OEM 마감, 자동차 리피니싱, 및/또는 자동차 내의 또는 상의 설치를 위한 부품 및/또는 상업용 차량의 마감을 위한 방법.
- 적어도 1개의 안료처리된 베이스코트 및 그 위에 배치된 적어도 1개의 클리어코트로 구성되며, 여기서 클리어코트는 제1항 또는 제2항에 청구된 바와 같은 코팅 재료 조성물로부터 제조된 것인 멀티코트 효과 및/또는 착색 페인트 시스템.
