Abstract
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 축부재 연결구조는 소정의 직경 및 길이를 갖는 강관의 일단에 소정의 형상으로 이루어진 축력마감판이 용접 설치된 내관; 상기 내관의 외주면에 삽입됨과 동시에 용접 결합되는 외관으로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 축부재 연결방법은 강관의 단부에 축력마감판을 용접하여 내관을 제작하는 단계(S 1); 상기 일측의 내관과 타측의 외관의 외주면에 걸쳐 외관을 삽입하는 단계(S 2); 상기 내관과 외관을 용접하여 일체로 형성하는 단계(S 3)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 소정의 직경 및 길이를 갖는 강관(10)과; 상기 강관(10)의 일단에 소정의 형상으로 이루어짐과 동시에 일정한 두께 및 직경을 갖는 강판으로 이루어진 축력마감판(20)이 용접 설치된 일정한 직경 및 두께를 갖는 축부재용 강관 또는 철관으로 이루어진 내관(30)과; 상기 내관(30)의 외주면에 삽입됨과 동시에 용접 결합되며, 일정한 직경 및 두께를 갖는 축부재용 강관 또는 철관으로 이루어진 외관(40)으로 구성되고, 상기 축력마감판(20)의 주연부에 일정한 각도로 절취부(22)가 형성되어, 상기 축력마감판(20)은 내관(30)에 가해지는 축력하중을 직각으로 손실없이 전달할 수 있고, 상기 외관(40)은 내관(30)에 발생되는 좌굴을 방지할 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 축부재 연결구조.

- 일정한 직경 및 두께를 갖는 축력마감판(20)의 외주연에 일정한 각도를 갖도록 절취하여 절취부(22)를 형성하고, 상기 절취부(22)가 형성된 축력마감판(20)을 소정의 직경 및 길이를 갖는 강관(10)의 단부에 용접하여 내관(30)을 제작한 후, 상기 내관(30)의 일측과 타측에 걸쳐 외관(40)을 삽입하되, 상기 내관(30)에 부착된 축력마감판(20) 간을 서로 맞대거나 일정한 간격을 두고 이격된 상태로 하여 외관(40)을 삽입한 후, 상기 내관(30)과 외관(40)을 용접하여 일체로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 축부재 연결방법.
