Abstract
본 발명에 따르면 지하수를 소독하기 위하여 염소 및 응집제 및 흡착제를 포함하는 첨가제를 투입함으로써 기본적인 지하수의 소독 효과 및 악취 제거 효과와 더불어 오염 물질을 응집 및 흡착하여 제거함으로써 지하수 소독 및 정화 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- 염소 소독을 이용한 지하수 처리 방법으로서,
지하수를 받아 지하수 탱크로 투입하는, 제 1 단계;
상기 지하수의 유량을 측정한 뒤 유량에 맞는 염소 투입량을 계산하는, 제 2 단계;
상기 계산된 염소 투입량에 상응하는 염소를 투입하는 1차 단계와, 전체 투입량 중량 대비, 5 내지 15중량%의 응집제 및 흡착제를 포함하는 첨가제를 상기 지하수 탱크로 투입하는 2차 단계를 포함한, 제 3 단계;
상기 지하수 탱크 내의 잔류 염소량을 측정하는, 제 4 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 첨가제는,
전체 첨가제 중량 대비, 수산화알루미늄을 포함하는 응집제 20 내지 80중량%, 활성탄을 포함하는 흡착제 20 내지 80중량%의 혼합물로 이루어지고,
상기 응집제는,
전체 1차 용액 중량 대비, 물 65 내지 85중량%, 황산철칠수화물(Fe2SO4*7H2O) 5 내지 20중량%, 수산화알루미늄(Al(OH)3) 1 내지 10중량%, 황산마그네슘칠수화물(MgSO4*7H2O) 1 내지 10중량%을 혼합하여 1차 용액을 제조하는, 1차 용액 제조 단계;
전체 2차 용액 중량 대비, 상기 1차 용액 90 내지 99중량%, 황산(H2SO4) 1 내지 10중량%을 혼합한 뒤 200 내지 500rpm의 속도로 20 내지 50분 동안 교반하여 2차 용액을 제조하는, 2차 용액 제조 단계;
전체 3차 용액 중량 대비, 상기 2차 용액 60 내지 85중량%, 폴리아크릴아마이드(polyacrylamide) 15 내지 40중량%를 혼합하여 3차 용액을 제조하는, 3차 용액 제조 단계;
전체 4차 용액 중량 대비, 상기 3차 용액 90 내지 99중량%, 과산화수소(H2O2) 1 내지 10중량%를 혼합하여 4차 용액을 제조하는, 4차 용액 제조 단계;
전체 응집제 중량 대비, 상기 4차 용액 75 내지 85중량%, 규산나트륨(Sodium silicate) 1 내지 10중량%, 수산화나트륨(sodium hydroxide) 1 내지 10중량%, 응집 보조제 5 내지 20중량%을 혼합하여 응집제를 완성하는 단계;를 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 지하수 처리 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 응집 보조제는,
전체 서브 용액 중량 대비, 키틴 30 내지 70중량%, 수산화나트륨 30 내지 70중량%를 혼합한 후 150 내지 200℃에서 4 내지 6시간 동안 가열하여 서브 용액을 제조하는, 서브 용액 제조 단계;
상기 서브 용액에 에탄올을 첨가하여 침전물을 형성하는, 침전물 형성 단계;
상기 침전물을 물로 수회 세척하여 중화시키는, 중화 단계;
상기 중화된 침전물에 전체 서브 물질 중량 대비 아세트산 0.1 내지 1중량%를 첨가하여 서브 물질을 제조하는, 서브 물질 제조 단계;
전체 응집제 중량 대비, 상기 서브 물질 30 내지 70중량%, 정제 목초액 30 내지 70중량%를 혼합하여 응집 보조제를 완성하는 단계;를 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 지하수 처리 방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 중화 단계 이후에는,
전체 제 1 혼합 용액 중량 대비, 상기 중화된 침전물 0.1 내지 1중량%, 초산 용액 99 내지 99.9중량%를 질소 기류 하에서 1 내지 2시간 동안 교반하여 제 1 혼합 용액을 제조하는, 제 1 혼합 용액 제조 단계;
전체 제 2 혼합 용액 중량 대비, 상기 제 1 혼합 용액 90 내지 99.9중량%, 질산암모늄세륨 0.1 내지 10중량%를 3 내지 6시간 동안 중합하여 제 2 혼합 용액을 제조하는, 제 2 혼합 용액 제조 단계;
전체 제 3 혼합 용액 중량 대비, 상기 제 2 혼합 용액 10 내지 30중량%, 아세톤 70 내지 90중량%를 혼합하여 제 3 혼합 용액을 제조한 후 여과하여 제 1 결정물을 수득하는, 제 1 결정물 수득 단계;
상기 제 1 결정물을 감압 건조 후 메탄올에 상기 건조된 제 1 결정물을 침지시킨 후 다시 감압 건조하여 제 2 결정물을 제조하는, 제 2 결정물 제조 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 응집 보조제 완성 단계는,
전체 응집 보조제 중량 대비, 상기 제 2 결정물 30 내지 70중량%, 목초액 30 내지 70중량%를 혼합하여 응집 보조제를 완성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 지하수 처리 방법. - 삭제
