Description

Fence {FENCE}

The present invention relates to a fence, and more particularly, to a fence that can be easily installed in a curved section of a road, prevents a lateral beam from separating from a post during a vehicle collision, and is easy to maintain.

Generally, a fence is installed on the road or in India for the purpose of preventing unauthorized crossing of the roadway. The fence can also be installed at the center or outside of the road to separate the roadway according to the direction of traffic or to separate traffic in the same direction with different properties.

For example, a conventional fence 100 will be described with reference to FIG.

A plurality of struts 110 are continuously installed on the road side, and a cross beam 120 is installed between the struts 110 in a lateral direction.

More specifically, the pillars 110 are formed in a bar shape having a circular cross-section, and are formed in a conical shape having a smaller cross-sectional radius toward the upper side. A hollow bracket 111 is formed on the left and right sides of the strut 110 so that the beam 120 can be inserted therein.

Therefore, after inserting the beam 120 into the bracket 111, the end of the beam 120 and the bracket 111 are screwed together.

However, the conventional fence 100 is easy to install in a straight section of the road, but installation in a curved section is very troublesome. In the curved section of the road, the struts 110 are fixed in a predetermined direction so that the both side brackets 111 are positioned according to the curvature of the road, and then the cross beams 120 are connected and fixed between the struts 110. However, It is not an easy task to install the support 110 at a predetermined angle.

Particularly, when an external force is applied to the fence such as a vehicle collision, the fence 100 of the conventional fence 100 may be separated from the support 110 and the vehicle may deviate to the outside of the road. That is, the external force that the vehicle collides with is concentrated in the bracket 111, which is the weakest part, and the end of the bracket 111 or the cross beam 120 is broken, will be.

In addition, when the bracket 111 is broken as described above, there is a problem that the entire support 110 and the bracket 10 need to be replaced, which is costly in terms of maintenance.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a fence that can be installed in a curved section of a road.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a fence that can prevent the side beam and the support post from being separated from each other when both side connection portions of the side beam are broken at the time of a vehicle collision.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a fence that is easy to maintain.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fence comprising: a plurality of struts; And a transverse beam horizontally provided between the struts, both sides of which are pivotably hinged to the strut.

A first hinge hole protruding from one side of the body and hingedly connected to the first hinge hole and protruding from the other side of the body, And the first hinge hole and the second hinge hole are not overlapped with each other so that the first hinge hole of the beam and the second hinge hole of the neighboring beam can be commonly hingedly connected to the strut It is preferable that they are protruded.

Preferably, at least one first hinge hole is protruded from a side of the body of the cross bar, and the second hinge hole is formed at a position corresponding to a space between the two first hinge holes.

The strut may further comprise a base strut; And a hinge shaft detachably provided on the base support and passing through the first hinge hole and the second hinge hole.

The hinge shaft is inserted into the base strut, and the base strut and the hinge shaft are formed with fastening holes through which fastening means are respectively inserted, and the fastening holes of the fastening holes Is preferably formed in a conical shape extending inward to induce the penetration of the fastening means.

According to the present invention, since the beam is hinged to the support, it can be installed in the curved section of the road.

Further, the hinge holes are formed on both sides of the cross bar, and the hinge holes are hinged to the pillar or the hinge shafts, so that the connecting portions on both sides of the cross bar are broken at the time of a vehicle collision, thereby preventing the cross bar and the pillar from being separated.

Particularly, since the hinge shaft is provided separately on the upper part of the support, maintenance is easy.

Figs. 7 to 9 show the installation operation of the embodiment according to the present invention in order.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the fence 200 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Referring to FIG. 2, the fence 200 includes a base post 210, a hinge shaft 220, and a beam 230.

3 to 5, the struts according to the present invention include a base strut 210 and a hinge shaft 220.

The base support 210 includes a body 211 formed in a hollow cylindrical shape, a fixing portion 212 formed at a lower portion of the body 211 and fixed to the ground, And at least one fastening hole 213 passing through the through hole.

The fixing portion 212 is fixed to the ground by a known means such as an anchor (see 215 in FIG. 6).

The hinge shaft 220 is inserted into and fixed to the base support 210. The hinge shaft 220 includes a cylindrical body 221 and a body 221 formed on the body 221, A head 223 having a larger outer diameter, and at least one fastening hole 222 passing through the side surface of the body 221.

The body 221 of the hinge shaft passes through the fastening holes 213 and 222 formed in the side of the body 211 of the base post so as to penetrate the bolts 214 and fasten the nut on the opposite side, And the hinge shaft 220 are fixed.

It is noted that the fastening holes 222 formed on both side surfaces of the hinge shaft 220 are formed in a conical shape extending inward to guide the bolts 214 through easily 6, " 222 "). 6 is a conical shape in which both side fastening holes 222 of the hinge shaft 220 are narrowed toward the inner side. However, the fastening holes 222 (the right fastening holes in the drawing) 214 are formed in a conical shape in the opposite direction to the fastening holes 222 (left side fastening holes in the drawing). That is, the fastening holes 222 (the fastening holes on the right side in the drawing) through which the bolts 214 exit are formed in a conical shape that becomes narrower from the inside to the outside as shown in the drawing.

In this embodiment, the bolt 214 and the nut are used as the fastening means. Alternatively, the base post 210 and the hinge shaft 220 can be fixed by a known means.

The side beam 230 has a body 231 formed in a transverse direction and a first hinge hole 232 at one side of the body 231 and a second hinge hole 233 at the other side of the body.

In this embodiment, the first hinge hole 232 and the second hinge hole 233 are formed at two positions, and they are staggered at positions that are not overlapped with each other.

More specifically, on the right side of the body 231 on the drawing (FIG. 5), two first hinge holes 232 are protruded and formed with a predetermined space therebetween.

5, two second hinge holes 233 are also formed on the left side of the body so as to be spaced apart from each other with a predetermined space therebetween. One of the second hinge holes 233, The first hinge hole 232 is formed at a position corresponding to the space formed between the first hinge holes 232 and the other is protruded at a position corresponding to the lower portion of the first hinge hole 232 formed below the first hinge hole 232 .

Also, a reflection sheet 234 is attached to the body to guide the driver's gaze at night.

The first and second hinge holes 232 and 233 are staggered without overlap so that the first hinge hole 232A of the first cross beam 230A and the first hinge hole 232A of the first cross beam 230A And the second hinge holes 233B of the second cross beams 230B adjacent to the second hinge holes 230A (see FIG. 6).

In the present embodiment configured as described above, since the beam 230 is hinged to the hinge shaft 220, it can be installed very easily even in a curved section.

Further, since the cross bar 230 is not screwed to the strut but is hinged by the hinge holes 232 and 233 and the hinge shaft 220, even if an external force such as a vehicle collision is applied, Lower.

In addition, when maintenance is performed according to use, only the crossbar 230 that needs to be replaced or only the hinge shaft 220 can be replaced by separating the hinge shaft 220 from the base support 210, maintenance is very easy.

Hereinafter, the installation procedure of this embodiment will be described.

The base support 210 is fixed to the ground and the first hinge hole 232A of the first cross beam 230A and the second hinge hole 232A of the second cross beam 230B adjacent to the first cross beam 230A 233B are coaxially connected (see Fig. 7).

As described above, since the first hinge hole 232 and the second hinge hole 233 are formed at positions that do not overlap, they can be connected so as to be coaxial.

The first hinge hole 232A and the second hinge hole 233B are connected to each other through a hinge shaft 220. The lower portion of the hinge shaft 220 is inserted into the hollow base support 210 (See FIG. 8).

Finally, the base support 210 and the hinge shaft 220 are fixed by fastening the bolts 214 to the fastening holes formed on the side surfaces of the base post 210 and the hinge shaft 220.

Since the head 223 having an outer diameter larger than the body 221 is formed on the upper portion of the hinge shaft 220 at this time, the hinge holes 232 and 233 of the horizontal bar 230 are not separated from the hinge shaft 220 . Therefore, the beam 230 is not detached from the upper portion of the hinge shaft 220 by the head 223 but is constrained.

As described above, according to the present invention, the base support 210 and the hinge shaft 220 may not be separately formed, unlike the present embodiment. That is, after the base support 210 and the hinge shaft 220 are integrally formed, the first hinge hole 232 and the second hinge hole 233 of the beam 230 can be installed through the supports 210 and 220 It is.

In this embodiment, the first hinge hole 232 and the second hinge hole 233 are formed by two protrusions, respectively. Alternatively, the first hinge holes may protrude from the upper and lower sides of the body, The second hinge hole may protrude from the center of the side surface of the body. In this case, two first hinge holes are protruded, one second hinge hole is protruded, and the second hinge holes are protruded from the first hinge holes at positions corresponding to the spaced apart spaces of the first hinge holes, The first hinge hole and the second hinge hole of the first hinge pin may be coaxially connected.
