Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따라 갈색거저리 유충을 이용하여 재배된 동충하초의 자실체를 보여주는 사진이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 다른 예시적인 실시예에 따라 갈색거저리 유충과 현미를 이용하여 재배된 동충하초의 자실체를 보여주는 사진이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 예시적인 실시예에 따라 누에 번데기를 이용하여 재배된 동충하초의 자실체를 보여주는 사진이다.
도 5a 및 도 5b는 각각 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따라 제조된 동충하초 추출물이 폐암세포주(A549)와 위암세포주(AGS)에 대한 독성 측정 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6a 내지 도 6c는 각각 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따라 제조된 동충하초 추출물이 혈액암세포주(HL-60)에 대한 독성을 나타내는 것을 보여주는 그래프이다. 도 6a는 HL-60 세포주에 대한 독성을 측정한 결과이고, 도 6b는 HL-60 세포주에 대한 세포사멸(apoptosis) 유도 효과를 측정한 결과이며, 도 6c는 HL-60 세포주에 대한 cell-cycle을 측정한 결과를 나타낸다.
도 7a 내지 도 7b는 각각 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따라 제조된 동충하초 추출물을 함유하는 기능성 음료의 시간 경과에 따른 pH 변화와 산도 변화를 측정한 결과를 나타낸다.
도 8a 내지 도 8b는 각각 본 발명의 예시적인 실시예에 따라 제조된 동충하초 추출물을 함유하는 기능성 음료의 시간 경과에 따른 당도 변화와 탁도 변화를 측정한 결과를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)
- 번데기를 이용하여 배양한 동충하초 추출물을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 혈액암 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 동충하초는 동충하초(Cordyceps sinensis), 번데기동충하초(C. militaris), 큰유충방망이동충하초(C. kyushuensis), 풍뎅이동충하초(C. scarabaeicola), 균핵동충하초(C. ophioglossoides), 매미다발동충하초(C. soborifera), 유충흙색다발동충하초(C. martialis), 백강균(Beauveria bassiana)으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 약학 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 동충하초 추출물은 상기 배양된 동충하초의 자실체로부터 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학 조성물.
- 번데기를 이용하여 배양한 동충하초 추출물을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 혈액암 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 동충하초는 동충하초(Cordyceps sinensis), 번데기동충하초(C. militaris), 큰유충방망이동충하초(C. kyushuensis), 풍뎅이동충하초(C. scarabaeicola), 균핵동충하초(C. ophioglossoides), 매미다발동충하초(C. soborifera), 유충흙색다발동충하초(C. martialis), 백강균(Beauveria bassiana)으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 혈액암 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품.
