Claims (9)
- 전류를 생성하고 생성된 전류를 공급하는 리드가 연결된 배터리 셀을 복수개 포함하고,
상기 복수개의 배터리 셀은 2개 이상의 배터리 셀의 리드가 용접 접합되며,
상기 리드 각각은 용접 접합되는 접합부와 상기 배터리 셀의 사이에 충격 흡수부가 절곡 형성되고,
상기 충격 흡수부는 리드에서 절곡된 제 1 절곡부와, 상기 제 1 절곡부와 대향되게 리드에서 절곡된 제 2 절곡부와, 상기 제 1 절곡부와 제 2 절곡부를 잇는 제 3 절곡부를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 절곡부와 제 2 절곡부는 상기 리드에서 경사지게 절곡되고,
상기 제 3 절곡부는 상기 제 1 절곡부 및 제 2 절곡부에서 수평하게 절곡되고,
상기 충격 흡수부는 내측에 완충 공간을 갖고,
상기 제 1 절곡부와 상기 제 2 절곡부는 상기 완충 공간으로 밀리면서 충격을 완충하는 배터리 팩. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 리드는 상기 충격 흡수부가 서로 반대 방향으로 돌출되는 배터리 팩. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 충격 흡수부는 적어도 2회 이상 절곡된 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 절곡부는 상기 제 1 절곡부와 제 2 절곡부 각각과 둔각을 갖는 배터리 팩. - 삭제

상기 복수개의 배터리 셀 중 상측에 위치하는 배터리 셀의 리드에 형성된 충격 흡수부는 상측 방향으로 돌출되고,
상기 복수개의 배터리 셀 중 상측에 위치하는 하측에 위치하는 배터리 셀의 리드에 형성된 충격 흡수부는 하측 방향으로 돌출되는 배터리 팩. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 충격 흡수부는 높이가 상기 배터리 셀 두께의 1/10∼1/2 이하인 배터리 팩.
